I took my daughter to the ER with a miscarriage. Dr Alan had no urgency and no game plan from the moment she entered the room. Most Doctors care enough about their patients to explain what they are to expect during their visit. First we are going to .... then ..., etc When I asked for a game plan from a nurse. Dr Alan was standing behind her not saying a word but became defensive and busted up in our room "I am here to tell you the game plan. Everybody knows when you go to the hospital you do blood work, then you do a urine sample..." VERY RUDE, HATEFUL, and UNPROFESSIONAL! In at 11:30 pm, by 3:05 I requested a game plan. We were freezing, tired, anxious, she was in pain, no answers, no concern from Dr Alan. It took Dr Alan till 6 am to tell that it's not a protocol Emergency and they do not have 24 hour staff for this dept. so we will have to come back during normal business hours during the week or go to your regular doctor. SEVEN HOURS to let us know she was not qualified.

Hateful and doesn’t listen to patient or family.
