I went to her office and left with absolutely no answers. A waste of time and money. They promised they would call me regarding a vaccine and they never did! I do NOT recommend this place to nobody

I love Dr. Mathis. However, due to her office staff, I am currently looking for another doctor. Since having her own office, every time I've gone there it has been a hassle to get any results for anything as well as RX refills. I don't think it is the doctor her self but I want my results in a timely manner. I shouldn't have to call multiple times and feel like I have to harass people months after my appointment because I didn't get a call back, letter, or anything regarding my appointment. I think that this alone is HIGHLY unprofessional. My theory is that she only has one permanent office staff and the rest are students. Although the one lady that I think is permanent is very nice, it is not enough. This is unfortunate because I do love the doctor but not the all around service. I love Dr. Mathis. Dr. Mathis is amazing and I would recommend her to any and everyone. She was very welcoming and made my experience as comfortable as possible. This has been my favorite gynecologist visit and even enjoyable. Thank you so much!!

In 2001 & 2004 Huntsville, Alabama, Dr. Mathis was my angel! She delivered both my children which are now ages 16 & 18. Before delivering my children, during my office visits, Dr. Mathis would take the time to do thorough examinations to make sure my unborn at the time was developing appropriately. She would have candid conversations with me about my pregnancy and life in general. She would pass alone advice about whatever our topic of conversation was in a motherly manner. (And) sometimes she would even speak in a tone of deep compassion to ensure me that everything would be ok. Even though Dr. Mathis was a superstar to me during office visits, she became my angel in the hospital after delivery. She would sit bedside, wipe my tears, and, give me that motherly counsel as she provided a listening ear for as long as she could. I truly appreciate DR. MATHIS. Dr. Mathis is very kind, professional and care about the well being of her patients. She takes her time to explain everything in detail, best ob/gyn ever. The receptionist is also kind and professional.

I highly recommend Dr Mathis, she is thee best, most kind OB-GYN I've ever had. She is very knowledgeable, she's very patient, she's a counselor and a teacher, each visit is personal and professional. I look forward to the laughs and lessons I get from her each time. The office is very cozy and welcoming and I never leave her office with unanswered questions or concerns. A true blessing!

I had the pleasure of meeting the most wonderful doctor. Dr.Jean Mathis. Dr.Mathis explains everything you need to know in details. She cuts no corners. She cares about her patient's. I felt like i was talking with a family member. The best experience in a very long time.

Dr. Mathis is truly a God Sent Queen ???????? Ms. Stephanie is also caring and sweet. In all of my years, here on earth, I have never met a doctor as passionate, kind, and caring as Dr. Mathis. I am truly a stickler about many things and I am known to ,” do my research “ before everything I do... God led me to Dr. Mathis and I know he Never make a mistakes. Dr. Mathis, has good bedside manner and is very dedicated to her patient's health. I would recommend her to anyone who is looking for a good doctor!!!! She is phenomenal; I thank God that I found her, she is truly a blessing!!!!!

An OB/GYN that does not deliver babies. Who knew??!!

If I could leave no stars I would. I would never go here ever again. I went there left with no answers. Waited for blood work and still no answers. I had to call them for blood work results. These ppl dont know anything. She should just do check basic physicals and thats it. Dont waste your time going here at all.

I love Dr. Mathis. She is so smart and incredibly kind. All of my needs were met and her staff is also very professional, patient, and kind. Highly recommend her!!

Dr. Mathis is definitely the right care. She a amazing doctor, caring, very professional, she knows her profession. She takes good care of her patients with the best care. Her doctor office is a well kept office, clean, with a comfortable, and positive Astmosphere. I love going to my doctor appointments. Her staff is professional with a positive attitude. Straight across the board she she os nice she really listens to you and you don't find that in and other doctor so if you need a female obgyn go to Dr. Mathis "bywomenforwomen "

My experience at Dr. Mathis’s office was wonderful. I was very nervous but everyone made me feel really welcomed. She is very knowledgeable and handled my body with Care. Also, she offered some very good advice and health tips. Dr. Mathis will forever be my OBGYN

Dr.Mathis is PHENOMENAL!! She was so down to earth,warm & nurturing & showed genuine concern for my health! She was very thorough and explained medical things in a way that I could understand clearly!!! Dr. Mathis is the best GYN I have had. She is really nice and she knows her stuff. She makes you feel really comfortable. I went in to get a Implant removed from my arm and she was very patient and efficient in getting this done for me. Dr. Mathis has great bedside manner. My first encounter with her today was very positive. She has a Warm, caring nature. She is very knowledgeable and provided great care to me. The atmosphere of her practice is awesome too! Also, I was able to be seen the same day I called for an appointment.
