Very Friendly and helpful.

Dr Hudgens did a great job on my husband, Jeff, so we are going again this april.

The team here are always extremely hospitable and welcoming. It is never fun having to deal with skin and health concerns, but the pleasant ambience of their office, and friendly demeanor of their staff staff is appreciated.

Dr Hudgens office is a place where I experience the most thorough care from every provider. The professionalism of the staff is of the highest standards. There’s never any judgment, only the desire for me to protect my well being.(I’m bald) I’ve always been seen at the appointment time. (I do show up early) The treatments I have received have all worked. The scarring from removals of things in my own experience so far is basically non existent. I feel like I get to hold onto what youth I have left for just a little longer every time I visit.

Love Grace Mazzarella! She’s so kind and listens to your concerns. I love that she remembers what we discussed from the last appointment (and I only go in twice a year). She has helped me see some real progress with my skin and for that I’m eternally grateful. Just being heard and not dismissed about what I’m experiencing, means the world to me as a patient. The office staff is top notch. They were kind to my kids and super friendly. I recently had my husband go there to see Grace as well and he had nothing but kind things to say about the visit as well. This employees can not even pick up the phone, very bad sign. Stay away from this place.

My entire experience with this practice has been negative. I would not recommend. After being rushed through my appointment, I received prescriptions for three medications that were supposed to help. My skin became even worse than when I came in, and I was in a lot of pain. I called only to be told to send pictures of what my face looked like, and to stop the medications. I sent pictures five days ago, and have not received any word back. If your suggestions made my skin worse and even more painful, would it not be a priority to help me fix it? Amending my review - the biopsy company reached out to me and explained the confusion. There was never any bill - but invoicing one illustrates to health insurance companies how important this new technology I was lucky enough to use, is. Truth be told I wouldn't have had such a visible spot biopsied yet if not for the less-invasive method. Some explanation on the front end ('this is going to bill your insurance and even if it's denied you don't have to worry about it') would have prevented some panic on my end, but now that I've spoken with them I get it. Went here for some painful areas that had bled before and some painful moles. Got my first 2 biopsies done. It was a painful experience but not for me, it was PAINLESS because of miss Madison Sadler PA.C and Sam Thompson. I am afraid of needles but it wasn’t bad at all thanks to the proper medical attention and care from these two lovely ladies. They are both immensely well educated and kind-hearted women. I find myself very fortunate to be a patient here. ^_^ If you have anxiety and are worried about talking to other human beings, don’t worry about that when you are here because this is a great place to go and everyone is exceptionally wonderful. From the initial visit Sam was very knowledgeable of the procedures I needed, as a result I had few facial peels done by her and I’m very pleased with the results.

I’ve been seeing Sam for facials for a couple of months & am super impressed with her attention to detail and knowledge on what works best for my skin! I would highly recommend her!

I got dermaplaned with Sam, she did such an amazing job! Sam was so professional, she took her time to address my needs and skin care concerns! If anyone is considering getting into skin care I HIGHLY suggest going to Sam and book your appointments with her. I now will be routinely going to her!!

I have come for several years as I appreciate their clinical knowledge and level of service. I use for excessive sweating, acne, and rashes. The team members are knowledgeable and extremely helpful. Wendy gives a personal touch and goes out of her way to help me work with pharmacies and insurance companies. Jennifer provides care with a gentle touch. I have been seeing Jennifer PA-C and Dr. Hudgens here for about 5 years. They have been nothing but kind, courteous, professional and caring. The whole team is amazing, they are genuine in what they do and have answered or helped guide me with virtually any medical condition or concern I have had. Wendy, one of the office staff was able to secure a pre-authorization in less than 2 weeks for specific and specialized medical care. Terrible experience. I was a new patient and went in for a consultation to quote for Botox. I was told the consultation was free if I chose not to get the Botox. I chose not to get the Botox because I wanted to compare to other providers. And they charged me $50 for the consultation anyway. The employees are so sweet and grace the RN is as well. Very helpful and make the experience worth while. Only reason I put 4 stars is because the made me pay $65 copay to just tell me to come back and do a patch test for another $65 after wrong diagnosis. Other than that, service is a plus for me and it was well managed.

I've had four procedures with Dr. Hudgens, three to remove skin cancer from my face. Clearly this is a place you want a top rate dermatologist. Not only is Dr. Hudgens a great dermatologist, her entire staff and office run extremely efficient and polite. It is simply a nice practice!

The staff is so friendly and professional and Dr. Hudgens was wonderful and put me at ease for a cyst removal. Very clean offices and though I had to make an appointment for a few weeks out it was worth the wait!

Highly recommend. Was reluctant to visit another doctor after a failed acne treatment plan. Thank god I went in! Both doctors are amazing and got my skin issues under control in no time.

I have been going to Dr Hudgens for over 5 years and have never had 1 bad experience with the Doctor and/or her staff. Prompt attention to my issues, professional follow-ups and a smiling friendly front desk.

Scheduled an appointment and waited over a month for it. Was notified it needed to be canceled and rescheduled the morning of my appt because Allie has a headache. The soonest they could get me in is over another month from now! Absolutely ridiculous . You would think they would make an effort to get me in very quickly since my appointment is already being canceled on me. On top of it all, the front desk staff on the phone was incredibly curt. Alli is a fresh breathe of air, she is so caring ! She has done wonders for my skin. My regimen is so simple now thanks to Alli for my bright and clear skin .

I'd spent months and one bad experience trying to solve a significant Sun damage issue. Some great care here solved my problem! The only loss is those annoying flakes! Life is better now.

We live in Winter Park and were unable to find a dermatologist who was taking new patients in our area so we drove all the way out to Winter Garden to see Dr. Hudgens. Oh my goodness, the drive was so worth it. She prescribed drugs that cost $700 at Publix but found a pharmacy that could fill it at $75. This time when we went back, she find even cheaper pharmacies for us alternating between 2 pharmacies to get the best price for us. However, price wouldn’t matter if she weren’t a great doc. She is totally present when she is in the room, coming up with several plans. I will be recommending Dr. Hudgens and her over-the-top staff to my friends! I came here after I had suffered from a skin condition that had been badly treated by another dermatologist. Dr. Hudgens treated me and completely got rid of my problem in no time. Jennifer Henderson, P.A. is extremely skilled in both medical and cosmetic procedures and genuinely cares about your skin. Alli, their esthetician, is a true joy to schedule an appointment with. You'll be lucky if someone answers the phone here or return your phone call in a timely manner. All staff wonderful and incredibly helpful.

Dr. Hudgens and her staff are all very friendly, professional, and thorough. An annual, head to toe, exam is quick and easy and will catch small problems before they become big problems.

I was looking to have an in house surgery done and so glad I came here. I had to pay out of pocket so I check a couple places in kissimmee that my insurance would cover but still this place was cheaper! They messed up on my quote and after the procedure there was more they had to do while working on me and they still honored the original price. I wish more offices would work like this, very up front and honest the assistant was great, Dr Hudgens was amazing. I would recommend this to anyone.
