Not happy with this place AT ALL!! My dad had lasek surgery, and had a caderact removed. Came here, like he always does to get new lenses. So far it's been a month. Still no lenses. We found out today, the "lab" lost his script, so how long now? Not happy. He already paid for his lenses that he doesn't have, and he gets to use his old lenses, even though they are not the right script. I feel they take great care of their patients. Always good communication with doctors and staff.

Very caring and dedicated, staff are very friendly and attentive, I am very pleased with the level of service that I have received from Eye Care Specialists, and my doctor, Jeff Topolewski, and I am truly glad that I "discovered" them. ????

I like Dr Jeff a lot but have gone elsewhere now due to unfriendly office staff. I saw him several years ago where he referred me to a retinal specialist I still see. I appreciated his care. On a subsequent visit where I found I needed glasses, I ended up taking my prescription with me and going someplace else as no one would help me with choosing glasses. That place was great and sold me two pair. I never went back after that only due to the office staff. Dr Jeff was great though.

Appointments actually happen at the time you schedule them. They value your time and the doctors and staff are knowledgeable.
