It took a month to get an appointment with limited time slots and the morning of the appointment they called and canceled my appointment. It was rescheduled for the same time two weeks later and got there five minutes late and was told immediately by the receptionist that I was late and the appointment was for 7:30 am which I understood when we reschedule was for the same time @ 7:40am. I was very disappointed that there was no empathy on their part and no effort to accommodate the situation - just you have to reschedule. One of the two people standing next to her offered to go see if something could be done but at that point my confidence was gone. I also want to point out that there was not a single other person in the waiting room and the customer parking had one car and that person left as I returned to my car so I have no idea how they could not have accommodated me in a professional and caring manner. A poor front staff to me is an indicator of the type of service you will receive so I elected to search elsewhere - there are a lot of choice out there. My family has been going to Mark since the 1980’s and not one time have I been dissatisfied with him nor the staff. Very professional and knowledgeable.

They are nice but dumb, they left multiple messages with wrong appt times and couldn't reschedule for another 2 weeks. All I need are my lenses put in new frames. Most expensive yet out of date place. I have 2 insurances and still had to pay $400 out of pocket for a 6 month supply of contacts.

Dr. Mark has been an awesome eyecare professional. He treated me years ago, but when I got a job elsewhere I quit seeing him. My mother has continued with him, and he remembers me. If I go to the office, he never fails to greet me and shake my hand. I recently was at my mother’s and had an eye infection. He agreed to see me and asked that I call him several times. He may not have been available at that minute, but he returned the call. His drops did the trick, and he monitored my care. I trust him so very much that I could not recommend him any more highly. Thank you, Dr. Topolewski. I sincerely appreciate your efforts.

Would not trust anyone else with our eye care. Very professional and very knowledgeable. Great choice in eye care. Over forty five years.

Run, don’t walk from this place.

The office manager sets the tone for the office; it is very unpleasant. Your vision takes second place to money and insurance. The care provided and very poor customer service are not worth the abuse from the office staff. After years with these doctors, my family of six will take its insurance and hard earned dollars some place else.

Outstanding Dr's however, the customer service by some of the staff is sub par. I was seen a month ago and have still not received my glasses, everytime I call it's one lie after another. Everytime I ask to speak to a Dr I'm told there not in, how can you run a business if your Dr's are never in ? Sadly I will never do business with them again.
