Dr. Jeffrey Merle Braaten

I called in 2/24 and spoke with "Hayley" who is the most UNPROFESSIONAL healthcare staff member I think I have EVER spoken to and I worked in the field for years! I was calling because Dr. Braaten requested I come in the next time Ive had a sinus infection for about a week. He said, "just call theyll get ya right in". Well the office closed early today and I didn't know it. Id been sick for 5 days. The earliest I could come in was the following Thursday. I ask if HAYLEY would relay a message and let me know if Thursday was too far after the fact. Rather than a yes or no she responded with snarly statements like "I dont know what you want me to do" which was just confusing and rude. She wouldn't give me a straight answer and kept redirecting the conversation. I had to ask probably 4 times or more in all putting up with her protests each time to get confirmation shed relay the message. In response to the third time I made my request she began laughing!! I ask her what was so amusing about trying to follow my providers instruction and coordinate with him?? This ordeal took at least 20 minutes! UPDATE: I received no returned call from their office with a response from the doc and NO response was noted in my file. This woman was difficult and disrespectful for no reason. She has NO businesses working in a providers office! I had been sick for days with a headache, congestion so bad I couldn't sleep at night, sore throat, sneezing, coughing, body aches, migraine headaches, everything and my doc gave the impression calling in to schedule would just.. be a breeze. I was NOT looking forward to coming in while sick! Now I'm being hassled and ridiculed for making standard requests?! MAJOR red flag I will cancel the appointment and never return!! UPDATE: Upon cancelation the staff made no inquiries whatsoever. Theyre clearly not concerned at all about their patients!! I spoke to the OFFICE MANAGER and her only response was "I apologize". Clearly the standards for the staff are set very low and that is the norm for them! NO ONE even followed up. What a CIRCUS!

Dr Bratten has seen me, my son and my Grandson, he's absolutely fantastic, explains everything and has a amazing great way with his patients, we love him

I absolutely loved this doctor.! It was my first time going. Love the nurses as well they’re kind and just absolutely loved the vibes.! He made me feel comfortable and listened.! He answered every question I had and addressed all of my concerns. This is definitely a doctor you can trust with your life. I’ve always been good at reading people and felt sooo comfortable around him and his staff.! Keep up the good work guys.! I absolutely loved this doctor.! It was my first time going. Dr. Braaten and his staff were amazing when we brought our child in for an appointment today. Not only were we able to get our child in 3+ months sooner for her ears with him, but he was so great and is also getting us in for surgery in two days! I will always recommend him for all of my family and friends!

Very successful surgery. Attentive, friendly doctor that made me feel safe and taken care of during a difficult time. Great at ensuring you are "in the know" of what is going on at all points in time.

My first ever visit to an ENT. Dr. Braaten acted like he had somewhere else to be. Didn't even sit down to talk! I felt like I was getting a Bums Rush.

Excellent bedside manner. Treats you like an individual person, not like a patient he has to get through with so he can move onto the next.
