Extremely happy with Dr. Friedman and the time and care that he provides to his patients. Dr. Friedman’s advice literally saved my life with references to the best outside hospital cancer care. Dr Friedman made himself available to us at any day or hour during my husband’s illness which was a great comfort. He referred us to a world renowned specialist which gave us treatment & insight into an illness not treated by many doctors. Dr Friedman showed care, concern , understanding & availability to me as continuing aftercare upon the loss of my husband. I am comforted knowing I can call him anytime & feel very cared for & about.

Dr. Friedman is a superb diagnostician, combined with sensitivity and caring. He always takes as much time as is necessary to answer all my questions - example: my 2-hour physical took 3 hours and he never rushed me. My husband has been going to Dr. Friedman since 1986, at which time Dr. Friedman accurately diagnosed my 40-year old husband’s gastritis as heart disease, saving his life. I recently suffered a traumatic injury which has left me paralyzed from the waist down. Paraplegia is at best an inexact science. Dr. Friedman thrives in the uncertain and unknown though. He has a real passion for researching the unusual. Dr. Jeffrey Freidman is a consummate professional and a Physician of rare talent and dedication. In my opinion and experience he would exceed the values and execution of what the MDVIP program is trying to accomplish. For anyone interested in a primary care doctor who loves helping people and provides an exemplary level of care I highly recommend Dr Jeffrey Friedman. He is the best and will address all your health related issues with honesty and integrity and takes into account your concerns at all times.

Dr. Friedman has been my physician for over 30 years. His calm demeanor and his ability to make you focus are outstanding. His dedication in making me feel that I have the finest care makes a tremendous difference in my life.

Dr Friedman has been a life saver in the literal sense. He was able to diagnose possible PE or DVT and sent me to emergency right away. I was treated with specialist Dr's and put on a maintenance program. Dr. Friedman has been very instrumental in coordinating the appropriate intervention for specialist Dr's and my care. He has always made time for me with very little notice and always answers my calls to his private cell. I am not just saying this to make him look good. He deserves the accolades . I was experiencing symptoms of another PE and he answered my call at midnight and sent me to emergency room. He called the hospital so they would expect me and then took a call from me again at the hospital at 3:00am to give me testing advice. He is the best primary care Dr I have ever had. Dr. Friedman is that rare doctor who doesn't rush through the exam, the consultation, or the office visit. He is an excellent listener and I have been going to him for 25 years now. I can't imagine a better doctor-patient relationship and I have absolute trust in him. Dr. Friedman is a first rate primary physician, he is thorough, follows through, is available for emergency consults and listens to your individual concerns. He makes excellent care choices, making sure that one receives the appropriate follow up tests and always communicates the results and any concerns he has. He made the correct call, telling me to go to an emergency room when I had stomach pain the night before a long plane flight. He was correct, I had an appendicitis and was in surgery the next day. Dr. Jeffrey P. Friedman has been my primary care physician for 9 years. I have some significant "out-of-the-box" medical issues, for which Dr. Friedman has diagnosed and carefully managed throughout this time. He is caring, thorough and extremely knowledgeable in his diagnosis and treatments. Since he has transitioned to the MDVIP practice model, His care and treatment has been like the "old" days of medicine: he has more time to spend during each visit and has the time to both coordinate my specialist appointments and follow-up with those physicians if necessary. I have many friends and acquaintances complain about how their own doctors rush their office visits, don't seem to really care about them personally and have a hard time getting quick sick visit appointments. With Dr. Friedman as my doctor, I can attest to the fact that all of these concerns are put to rest: I can get same-day or next day sick appointments and I know that he really cares! I would not be comfortable transferring my care to any other primary care physician. **COMPLETELY UNETHICAL THIEVES DO THEIR BILLING, BEWARE** Do not trust these people with your billing info, social security number, address, or anything. Dr. Friedman is a very kind and intelligent doctor. Even then, I would caution everyone from doing business with his office. They play games with your insurance company which results in fraudulently billing them for services not really rendered and, if your co-pay doesn't cover the service, additional co-pays. To make a long story very short, I am a 31 year old male in good health and I scheduled a routine physical. I didn't ask for any non-routine services or diagnosis, nor was I given a diagnosis. I was not notified by either the nurse or doctor that they thought there were any problems with my heart rate that they had to take a closer look. In fact, they took an EKG (for what reason I do not know) before the doctor saw me. I figured this is what they do during a physical these days. Later, the doctor made mention my heart rate was on the low side and asked me if I did a lot of exercise. I said I ran twice a week and asked if I should be concerned. He said no. In retrospect, I realize what they were doing was fluffing up the bill by adding services that I would think were routine but then it appears to the insurance company that I asked for an additional diagnosis or that they found something questionable that for all good medical intents and purposes had to be looked at. In other words, the way they billed it usually won't show a red flag to an insurance company. It looks legit. The problem in this case is they did it to a 31 year old male who is not in a risk category for anything. The only reason I noticed was because I had a $30 "co-pay" for a physical which, according to my insurance, should never come with a co-pay. I'm not some deadbeat trying to get out of paying $30 (in fact, I drove their personally and paid the amount simply because $30 isn't worth ruining my credit over because they threaten to send the bill to collections in only 2 weeks.) I am honestly concerned that they are charging for services not rendered, which drives up our insurance costs and sometimes co-pay as well. When I called up the billing department to ask about these charges, I was yelled at and spoken to disrespectfully. She said I owed a co-pay and that my insurance company is misinforming me. I calmly reiterated that I do not appreciate being spoken to this way and that I feel that I am being charged for a service that I did not ask for. I was told "well, you signed this paper" which gave away all my rights. I called back with a representative of my insurance company on the line and she said that I requested additional services, and these services were what I am being charged for. I then asked what am I being charged for, co-pay or a service. The lady became flustered and said "I get back to doing my job" and hung up the phone on both of us. The representative was surprised by how unprofessional this woman was. Anyone who hires help like this does not show good sense. However, no matter how unstable their employees in the billing department are, it ultimately is not their fault (though I would still not trust such a person with confidential data.) The doctor makes the business decision to do bogus EKGs, fluff up the bill with imaginary non-routine diagnosis, and then sic billing on the insurance company for these items. I am not looking for a refund of my $30.
