Absolutely the rudest staff, all except the younger girl on the front desk. You would think being in the medical field they would be a little more concerned or welcoming, yet all I felt was hostility. I have had a problem with high potassium for four or five months and Dr. Kramer and his staff is supposed to be monitoring the results of what Labcorp report shows. That has not been happening, I am constantly having to call Dr. Kramer's office to find out what the latest readings are, but after two days there are no results. Twice I was told to go the lab there in Dr.Kramer's medical building only to be told that the Labcorp technician did not show up. Dr. Kramer should monitor the Lab and, if necessary, have one of his staff trained to fill in when the Labcorp Technician does not report to work. Bad way to conduct as medical practice. The nurses are friendly and helpful.

Dr. Kramer has been our family doctor for years, and he is wonderful. He was so good to my elderly parents before they passed away, and he continues to be my doctor. Office staff is friendly and accommodating, and is willing to work with you when you need a last minute appointment!

Jeff and his PAs’ are top notch.. which is why I wish they would have taken numerous complaints about an particularly employee seriously. The office staff is horrendous, particularly Amanda. Her nastiness has no limits. The leaking of medical information or gossiping rather of patients personal information when bar hopping is especially disturbing and dangerous.

I have known Dr. Kramer for years. Amazing physician, short wait times, absolutely the best staff!!! He also has two amazing PA's, Amber, which is who I see and Betsy, who is also superb.

Dr. Kramer is, in my opinion, the most logical and knowledgeable primary care physician in the area. He offers the best and most efficient office staff, as well as, highly qualified associate primary care personnel, most of whom I confidently see when my primary physician, Dr. Kramer, may be unavailable. Timely, in most cases, immediate, response to urgent acute care needs.
