Felt more like a scam then medical practice. They all were so focused on selling their inhouse medicine, but couldnt even give me a diagnosis. They charged me obscene amount of money up-front, then I had to call for weeks to get refunded since my insurance paid them. Their billing style is not normal. Giant waste of time and money. I do not recommend what so ever.

Dr. Mark was very knowledgeable and explained everything in great detail. Actually did his homework and was very informed about my situation. watch out, he only cares about putting you in the functional medicine path and charging you a lot of money (does not take insurance for that) He actually does not care about your health. When my test results came in, the office did not even bother to call me, they did not want to forward the results to me, the only thing they wanted was to schedule the appointment for which I would have to pay out of pocket. The test results were not that great - that's why I said he does not care about your health at all.

Dr. Mark took his time to listen to my concerns. He addressed other underlying issues. This was my first appointment with him via video. I am looking forward to continue working with him.

The Surgery Center is a top notch facility with friendly, professional staff and is clean and well organized. The nurses go the extra yard to make you comfortable, reassured and well prepared for your procedure. I remember nothing but the Anesthesiologist saying hello, and the nurse asking me if I was awake; my procedure was finished and I could go home. Doctor Jeffrey really took the time to go over every question we had. He gave us a plan for the next few steps and I feel confident he will determine what is going on with my son.

The transfer from the Doctor to the office never works.

Andrew received colonoscopy today, administration before procedure was efficient and thorough. Nurses and attendants were very friendly and made me feel comfortable, almost like I was a welcomed customer, once medicated the procedure felt like a long nap, felt good when I was awakened. Within an hour felt back to normal and went for a walk. Nurses signed a Thankyou card which made the hole experience even more nice. Only thing I would change is the music playing over the patient area, 80's hits, I would opt for a more relaxing, tranquil, soothing music. My mother had brain surgery 4 years ago and ever since then it's been a battle to find her a specialist who can recommend supplements that can help her heal without prescription drugs. We made a functional medicine appointment for her with Dr.Mark and he immediately knew what to recommend for her. This is the first time in 4 years that my mother did not have a bad reaction to new supplements she tried and she actually says that she feels better when she takes them. For my family, this is great because its one step closer to helping her body heal without prescription drugs and this has been a 4 year battle. I just stocked up on supplements for her actually. Its the perfect combination. This place has their own supplement line which is awesome!

Exceptionally skilled 4 board certifications and dedicated to patient care The best quality supplements I can find anywhere! Judge the doctor by his skills. Looks like they had some temporary staff but new patient coordinator is superb! I’m thankful to have such an outstanding doctor!

Dr. Jeffrey Mark is an exceptional physician and person. He is very dedicated to his patients. I have been in his care for 3 years, he turned my diseased system from dying to healthy. I trust my life with him. Dr. Mark is progressive and constantly learning. He knows how to obtain the information to correctly heal your body. Go in with your questions written down. His office can be busy, and his staff may be a little behind; but you will be seen. It is worth the wait if he is running behind

It took 15 minutes for someone to even come out and check me in. Then, they gave me forms that already had someone's name on them in places (I had just crossed it out) so they made me fill them out all over again. After One Hour of waiting I had still not seen the doctor and was told there was stil one person ahead of me. Dr. was okay; not very friendly. Follow-up visit was a total waste of time; he just said some very impersonal stuff you would say to anyone.

I find Dr. Mark to be not only uniquely competent in his profession, but remarkably thorough in his assessments. I switched from a Walnut Creek veteran to Dr. Mark about ten years ago and it turned out to be one of the best decisions I could have made.
