Dr. Romeo was amazing with my son. Very personable and amazing customer service. Highly recommend this doctor.

New patients are told to come in early to do the paperwork since it takes a while and needs to be processed. What they are not told is that the appointment will be canceled and rescheduled if shown up late for the paperwork time. I had an appointment at 11:15 and was told to come in at 10:45 to do the paperwork. I showed up at 10:55 and was told that was way past my time and my appointment would have to be canceled and rescheduled. Since I was caught off guard and didn't know how to respond, I didn't push it. However, if having your appointment canceled because of showing up late to do the paperwork is part of the office's policy, that needs to be explicitly stated to new patients. Also, I didn't find the front desk receptionists to be friendly or welcoming and as someone who is a new patient to that office I find that to be off putting. Dr. Romeo was so helpful and personable. He listened to me and had good information as well as a step by step plan. The only reason this review is two stars is because my insurance with my mom ran out, and in switching to mediCal, they refuse to let me even pay completely out of pocket for appointments. This was an extremely dehumanizing and insensitive experience, as well as completely confusing. I still don't understand why my insurance plays a role when I'm not even using it! I feel completely lost. And so sad because I lost my Dr. The lady who answered at the front desk really had no explanation for me either. I hung up in tears. The best ENT doctors around ! Especially Dr. Romeo

I am a Periodontist from Merced. Drs. Anderson and Romeo removed my tonsils and my 3.5 year old daughter’s adenoids. Beautiful work, and great post operative communication, as well as an after hours number to reach them in case of any emergencies (which we did not need). It is the most beautiful thing to sleep next to my daughter and have her able to breathe through her nose. Even her preschool teachers commented how her behavior and mood has improved. I refer all my patients with related issues, and sinus problems to these doctors, they are awesome! I am a Periodontist from Merced. Drs. Dr. Romeo - I went to his office for a diagnosis. He explained what it was and informed me that he and Dr. Anderson would be able to take care of me. However, when I asked for an estimate on how much he would charge me, his office staff called and informed me that both Dr. Romeo and Dr. Anderson think best I go somewhere else - no reason given even when I asked for one. Today, I had an appointment to take my daughter in to see him. I took 1/2 day off of work in Merced. I got stuck in traffic due to road work and would have been 20 minutes late at the most and they would not see her and told me I had to reschedule. I do not feel his office staff is very friendly or welcoming. I also felt Dr. Romeo was not honest and should not make suggestions he does not back up. I will NOT go back to this office! Such an amazing Doctor.

Dr. Romeo is Great, he tells me how it is and his explanation is straightforward and to the point. He worked with my Wife and Son and now me. Thank you !!!

I can't express how thankful I am to habe found a wonderful doctor like Dr. Romeo and his team. He did surgery on both my children and they had the best care and they healed lile champs. Thank you Dr. Romeo and team!

I get my Botox and filler‘s great place.

Dr. Anderson and his staff are an amazing group of people. I have all my fillers and Botox done with Regina Cole RN or Dr. Anderson. All the staff is knowledgeable and very accommodating. I have personally accompanied several of my friends through neck and facelifts and their results are natural and beautiful. I would highly recommend Dr. Anderson for any procedures you may be considering. Dr. Anderson and his staff are an amazing group of people. Dr. Romeo did an extensive surgical procedure on both sides of all my sinus cavities. I feel like he was very good... but.... after rescheduling my post op appointments THREE times, I gave up trying to get in. Now six months later I am having major issues again and they are too busy to get me in. A doctor is only excellent when they care enough to SEE their patients!
