Was recommended so highly but was sleazy in person, felt like he was hitting on me!

Excellent caring staff from the first contact at check-in to the nursing staff and above all, Dr. Jeffrey Webster. I am grateful for the entire team.

Dr. Webster was fantastic and I do not throw that out lightly. His bedside manner was respectful, friendly, his explanation related to my xray was great and the injection he gave me was painless. His medical assistant was delightful and made me feel very welcome and at ease, I am guessing she is like this with everyone and it comes naturally. The ROC facility is nice and although I did not need it I was impressed that there was someone driving a cart around picking up and dropping off patients who had to park outside of the ROC parking lot.

Dr. Webster has a wonderful bedside manner. He was respectful and friendly, explaining my xray results and the best treatment option. No one likes going to the doctor but he and is lovely medical assistant made the experience as pleasant as possible. The ROC facility is well laid out with a great place to purchase coffee. I was particularly impressed that they had someone driving a cart around to drop off and pick up patients who had to park outside of the main parking lot. I'm sure that was very helpful to those with foot and leg issues, especially with all of the ice.

I’ve had two shoulder repairs with Dr Webster who is an excellent surgeon and provides great care.

Dr. Webster and Regina are respectful professional courteous helpful and are informative of any procedure one would need to have or had performed. Dr, Webster follow up after surgery is impressive organizing and tracking one's recovery obviously concerned about patients' wellbeing and success in recovery. Two of the finest individuals you will find in the medical field. Great Surgeon and one who cares Regina assists the patient every step of the way prior to surgery after surgery and available to take your question or concern and inform the patient. Great Team Great people.

Many visits and surgery 3 months ago

Cruel and uncaring "doctor" in my experience. He brushed me off and didn't take me seriously. His response to my serious injury (I'm still recovering to this day and it's been almost a year now) was "you're just going to have to suffer for a few months and if it doesn't get any better we'll talk about surgery." He did not provide any way to deal with my injury, didn't care or believe that I was injured, refused to offer an MRI and told me I couldn't even take advil or tylenol (and provided no alternative) even though they were the only thing that helped even slightly for the pain. He left me to suffer and belittled my pain telling me "it's not that bad" when I was on the verge of tears because it hurt so much. Luckily I found a doctor who prescribed me physical therapy and is far more educated and respectful than this guy. I'm shocked that Jeffrey Webster is allowed to practice anything in the medical field, given the lack of skill, compassion and knowledge presented. I'm convinced he cheated his way through school. In my opinion, he deserves to lose his license permanently and is the worst kind of doctor. Edit: Someone reached out to me regarding a previous review about me being mistreated. They refused to help me, issue a refund, etc. and said it was up to the "doctor" to make it right and of course, I was told that he refused. Btw, it's been nearly 2 years now since my injury and I'm still working towards a resolution. That should speak volumes as to how little Jeffery seems to know regarding patient diagnosis/treatment. One of the absolute worst clinics for joint care, from 2008 to now. The wretched doctor that I saw after dislocating my right foot basically said, "Aww what a bad boo boo. Your x-ray didn't show a break and I'm just going to ignore all of this bruising and swelling and assume that nothing happened to the tissues, ligents and tendons." That wretched doctor destroyed my ankle for life. Had he done an adequate job then and had an MRI of my ankle done, he would have found that upon dislocating my foot while taking a step I actually ruptured every tendon in the outside of my ankle. In 2008, that "doctor" could have have saved my ability to walk and work. A few years ago I had a surgery by another orthopedist to insert a cadaver tendon into my leg and secure it to either side of my foot. It failed. Now, no orthopedist will touch me due to me being a higher than usual risk for a malpractice claim. So, from 2008 and on, ROC, making people permanently disabled by not being through and competent. Worst doctor I have ever met. He talked to me about everything but not my knees problem (COVID19 vaccination, for example). For my question "what about my foot?" he answered: "I am not taking care of feet, knees only". What king of orthopedist would say that at first consultation??? Moreover, that clinic lost my record, 6 months after appointment. I had to start all over again. Worst doctor I have ever met. Dr Webster is easy to talk to and he listens to his patients. He never rushes you and always answers your questions. He has done 2 total knee replacement surgeries for me and I am so happy with the results! Dr Webster is the best Ortho Surgeon there is!

It’s more than one visit. It’s a long time relationship of service to orthopedic needs - arthritis in hands mostly. But more importantly it’s a hip replacement surgery last September. Surgery was successful and my recovery had been quite fast. I feel he did an excellent job.

In my experience he is unintelligent and cruel. I don't even consider him a doctor after how I was treated.

He will ignore you, talk over you and not take you seriously. Horrible listener and his mind is made up about you before you have a chance to speak. If you want quality care please seek the doctor you deserve instead of webster. He's a bad doctor.

In pain for weeks following up to the appointment. When I arrived and we discussed the injury he said that I can’t even take Advil for pain anymore and told me I’d just have to suffer for another MONTH OR TWO. I’m up until 7am every day because the pain keeps me up at night. Go see a doctor that has some compassion. It’s not this guy.

Over the past 10 or so years Dr. Jeffrey Webster has done 3 shoulder surgeries on me and numerous minor procedures for joint problems. He and his medical assistant Regina are the best! If you need an orthopedic doctor I would highly recommend him!

Dr. Jeffrey Webster has treated my whole family in one way or another. He's a wonderful doctor, replaced both my hips and one knee. I have never had a problem since and have had some pretty extensive falls. I have trusted him with and will continue to trust him with all of my Orthopedic needs. Victoria Walker

Dr. Webster was professional and supportive. Highly recommend him. Surgery went very well and physical thterapy too.

I saw Dr Webster at ROC urgent care of which he was very knowledgeable about my injury. He got me in for an MRI the next day and we scheduled surgery to trim a torn meniscus in 2 areas. I have seen him since at ROC with questions of which my options were discussed for the future. Dr Webster was concerned with my injuries and was patient with all my questions! I highly recommend Dr Webster!

Dr Webster displayed a lack of caring and has no compassion for those in pain. He apparently does not have to work for his wages as he is capable of refusing to see patients at urgent care despite their injury or level of pain
