Medical assistants do not follow up to return phone calls or questions. Very poor patient service. If they tell you they will call you right back its to get you off the phone. Dr. Zollinger himself is very nice, however he needs to consider getting better help. Also, prescriptions are not called in on time or dated incorrectly. My wife and I are, and have been for many years, patients of Dr. Zollinger and Arlo Schenk. We both have chronic pain issues that require monthly visits. The doctors really listen and care about you. We have never felt rushed or unimportant, which is rare these days. We strongly recommend Sweetwater Pain and Spine.

I found that Dr Zollinger and staff are the best I have ever been to. I have been nothing but completely satisfied with the results and the care he gives. He listens to all my concerns and answers all my questions. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of pain management.

Probably worst doctor my wife ever went to. They believe in their office they are the important ones. My wife developed "serotonin syndrome" from his inept and negligent ministering. The concept for a doctor is "do no harm" Don't go. He's not a good Doctor. I'm talking about Jeffrey Zollinger and Megan King and I live in Reno. His credentials are being highly rated at Brigham Young is like being dead last at UCLA.

Excellent doctor BUT when you make an appointment keep the date and time snd name of the person assisting you...otherwise when you show up and have NO appointment listed, you will be shown all your calls to prove you never did make one. He does everything to find what is going on and takes steps to find the best treatment. He listens to all my concerns and answers all my questions. I highly recommend him to anyone in need of pain management.

The BEST Pain Management team in Northern Nevada.

MIGRAINE SUFFERERS beware.. If you suffer migraines like me stay clear. I went in for a consult because I'm considering switching migraine doctors. Walked in and they are defusing essential oils in their office. With in 30mins of being in their office I had an all out migraine, left at the 45min mark nauseated and unseen by Doctor Z. So sad that an office that treats patients for migraines is willing to allow essential oils when they are known triggers of migraines. I have had several back ablations performed by doctor Zollinger. He does an excellent job. I have had ablations by another doctor that had terrible complications.

Zollinger is a very poor doctor whom leaves his patients in pain. He misdiagnoses and doesn't care. His office staff is inept and uncaring. They’ll call cancelling your appt. and 3 days later call you saying you’re non-compliant for not showing for the very same appt. they previously cancelled. I left him 4 msg. over 3 day's that I was in pain, his assistant finally called back denying the first 3 msg. then told me to go to the ER and assured me he'd call back, he didn't. He left me to suffer!

This doctor Z Talked to his assistant about her vacation and things not related to my treatments and barely acknowledged me when I was in the room spendI gotta approximately 10 minutes with me each session told me that my treatments can only be done every three months according to my insurance which is absolutely excellent I am greatly disappointed and regret even going to him.besides my co-pay I was told my treatments would be under my insurance and would be fully covered To my surprise I received a bill in the mail I was absolutely shocked thinking there was some kind of mistake so I called up their financial departmentAnd the girl that answered the phone could not explain to me why the amount is so high the amount that the doctor charge my insurance was absolutely astronomical keep in mind my treatments were very moderate no surgery or anything of that sort so. Unprofessional and lazy. Refuses to look at medical history, write down his own notes or properly treat patients. Told me to basically “walk it off” and lied about available treatment options. Told me to get therapy as my physical pain and conditions were all my imagination. Refuses to actually treat pain, waste of time.

I drove from Scottsdale az to have nerve abbliteration . He did both sides of my uncles back. Only would do one side for me, acted pure lazy and careless. Then I could not get his office to return a phone call to do the other half so I gave up after 6 months of calls. I finally got someone from his office to call me after a year, But she immediately started lying. By the way one side was $15,000 . As a side note He left my uncle debilitated in pain to not have any liability. He shouldn't be a doctor since he refuses to treat. I have been a patient of Dr. Zollinger for a number of years due to back injury issues. I couldn’t be more impressed. He Has gotten me from A point where I was barely functioning to where I am back coaching football and baseball, doing my job as an Athetic Director, as well as playing golf and doing work on a couple of rentals on a regular basis. This provider is awesome. I have been going around in circles for the last year with Chronic Migraines and have gotten nowhere with other providers in the area. I saw Dr. Zollinger on 12/12/2016 and he was very compassionate and understanding. He actually LISTENED to what I had to say. I would highly recommend him to all.

Dr.Zollinger is a kind and compassionate Doctor. He truly cares about his patients well being. I have been seeing him for about a year now and would not want to go anywhere else for pain management. The staff is always friendly and very helpful.

Dr.Z has treated me for well over a year now and with my PsA...I won't get better and need pain management for life...He is compassionate but remains balanced with some compromise but his boundaries are professional...no one I trust more to inject needless in my spine and joints than him (It hurts I cry every time, poor guy) wouldn't do it unless I have hope it helps. I'm never treated with disrespect from him and I absolutely think he is genuine in his desire to do the best for me. THANKS DOC
