I called to make an appointment as a new patient, since she IS accepting new patients, but was told she didn't have availability for FOUR months for a physical. Look, I know it's not an emergency, but I do not see the point in switching to a new doctor if I can't even see her for four months. IMO, she shouldn't advertise she's accepting new patients if she really can't accommodate a routine physical in a reasonable amount of time.

I am a new patient and have seen Dr. Bussell twice in a short time. I found her to be quite thorough and easy to talk with about medical issues. This was a hard transition since I had been with my previous Dr. for many years. Now I feel very confident with having Dr. Bussell as my internist. Along with that the office runs quite smoothly and have already been helpful. The nurse was excellent as well.

I have seeing Dr. Bussell for three years now and highly recommend her. I have never had a problem getting an appointment and have rarely been kept waiting for more than a few minutes. Dr. Bussell is compassionate and takes a real interest in my health. She has a great bedside manner and is very thorough.

Very difficult office to work with. I showed up for an appointment the doctor left for the day. I didn't receive a call nothing, and I had left work early for the appointment. Calling any of the nurses back for test results took days to get a callback. Each time I called the office it was at least a 30/40 minutes. Refilling prescriptions was also a pain. I would call the office without success, then I would go into the office every couple months. So much effort without any reward.

I have multiple, chronic health challenges and Dr. Bussell has been through and patient in getting to know me and problems. She will take the time necessary to explore each health issue thoroughly. Dr. Bussell is kind, clear and easy to talk to. I have already recommended her to others.

Took her time and listened. Thorough and friendly.
