During office visits, Dr. Klock always takes time to talk with you about questions or concerns you may have. It never feels rushed. Dr. Klock explains any tests or procedures so they are easily understood. The office staff is professional and friendly and calls or inquiries are always followed up on, usually within the same day.

Dr. Klock has a good staff and all are very responsive when you call with questions or concerns. During an exam, I always feel Dr. Klock takes time to talk, hears my concerns and offers solutions to try. The exams never feel rushed. I am very happy with my decision to choose Dr. Klock as my primary care physician.

Supportive, caring with a great sense of humor! Has gotten me through Breast Cancer and two hip surgeries. Allows you to be as proactive as you want and offers professional options when you don't know what you want. Dr. Klock is awesome, she's the first doctor to actually listen to my issues and actually cares and wants to see me get better. The staff is also nice and I have been going there for over 10 years now. Both my children see her now too and they are no longer afraid of going to a doctor appointment. We never have to wait longer than a hour from the time we arrive to the time we leave. I always recommend her practice to family and friends! Been waiting for over 1 hour in room!

Called her office 2 1/2 weeks ago and asked for shot records to be sent to me. I needed to sign kids up for school in a different district. Still have not received them, after 5 calls. This place is horrible!! Nobody does their job, and the doctor is never there. Staff at front desk is a joke!! Would NOT recommend this doctor at all..

It’s taking me a long time to wait for my appointment. Mine was at 11:00 and now it is 11:36 ☹️

Love her i have never waited over 20 mins for an apt. And her staff is super great. I wont go to any other doctor.

Honestly one of the kindest most personable doctors I have been to. She is very knowledgeable and diagnosed a problem that I have had for years that every other doctor had missed. Highly recommend

UNPROFESSIONAL!!!! When I think of a doctor I think of a hardworking, dedicated, responsible individual. Someone that works long hours and does their absolute best to accommodate and help their patients. Because after all why else would you become a doctor? I have never experienced a doctor that has cancelled more appointments and is just not available. Canceled because she was going on vacation and needed to leave EARLY. CANCELED yet AGAIN but she or the kids are probably sick? I’ve just never heard of these things in my life experiences with doctors. Her office hours are unbelievable to begin with, you can not call and get in even in the same week. She schedules physical exams 11 months out? Are you kidding me? Don’t even bother calling with an unplanned illness (because you know we always plan illnesses). You will be directed to urgent care. Meanwhile I just took 5 days off of work for a planned procedure and Dr. Klock canceled less than ONE HOUR before my appointment. This can’t possibly be a coincidence that this happens to only me, multiple times. Trust me when I say to find another doctor. My husband and i both love having Jennifer klock for a doctor. I would not change for anything. I might have to wait a couple minutes in the office but not long and i know when she gets to me she will take the time i need also. She gives you a chance to know her as a person not just a stuffy doctor you cant talk to cuz their heads in the air. To the person who said she came in stressed and didnt have time to chat this had to have been a very bad day for her. You know we all have them. It might have even been another patient she was worried about. I would have given her a second chance for sure cuz u just missed out for sure. My mother saw her 2 times years ago and didn't care for her. Fast forward probably 10 years. I call to make an appointment for me. She's moved on. I find her new location on google. Its odd because you can find her under Jennifer Klock and also under Dr. Jennifer L Klock. Jennifer Klock doesn't have good reviews Dr. Jennifer L Klock has no reviews. I call her new location with a question for Jennifer and she's "out of the office". Told the gal that I would call back in a couple days and let her know when I have more time available. I call the 2nd time and this gal is talking to someone and I'm on the other end listening to them laugh. I kept saying "hello" but no luck so I hung up. I called right back, and did get an appointment 2 weeks out, which was fine. An hour before my appointment I got a call that she had to leave unexpectedly and I would need to reschedule. Dr Klock is a very caring and knowledgeable doctor.

Love her. Very down to earth , amazing bed side manner, very trust worthy, and comforting .

This place is an absolute JOKE. Do yourself a favor and DON'T GO HERE and find yourself an actual doctor. You can never get an appointment, and if you do they will cancel it multiple times. NEVER in the office, always out sick or w kids or on vacation, multiple times a month. Wait time over an hour. I have to go to urgent care everytime i have a problem bc i cant get in to see her! I honestly can't believe they are still in business with the way they run their 'doctors office'

dr klock is an amazing doctor she gets down to business and she is super friendly!!! my one and only problem and I know other ppl have this problem as well. is..ARLENE...she is never friendly never calls you back every time i call in a refill and she the one who answers it ALWAY messed up when i pick it up. all the other girls are great and helpful but she is not efficient and all the other girls have to take the heat for her mistakes she is the 1 & only reason im thinking of changing doctors.

I would not recommend her to anyone! I am NEVER able to get in for an appointment. When I'm sick, I actually have to go to an after hours clinic. Her staff is incredibly rude and never calls in prescriptions like they say they will. She has horrible office hours and there is always at least an hour wait in the waiting room and then a 20 minute or so wait in the exam room. I have no clue why she is a doctor.

Dr. Klock listens well and spends time with her patients, but maybe too much time for how booked she is. I've waited over an hour past my appointment time on more than one occasion. She is also sick or out of the office a lot. I've had several appointments canceled because she was unavailable for one reason or another. The office staff are bad about answering the phone, calling you back, etc. and are generally a bit rude. Dr. Klock would benefit from hiring better staff and working more hours.

Excellent she listens and spends time with her patients. I've been seeing her for 10 years.

An hour later, she still hadn't gotten in the room to see me. I was expecting someone friendly but she came in acting all stressed out and in a hurry. She really didn't want to hear what I had to say and was very short with me. I was VERY disappointed in this doctor and would not recommend her to anyone.

I understand ,life sometimes makes us all under the weather. Unfortunately some more than most, but it's good to know good people you can trust. You may have to also remember they have troubles too. Just have patience and remember that golden rule. It does go along way. Dr. Knock has always done a wonderful job and her staff has been great, especially Kelly. ML

Definitely NOT recommend. She used to be great but since moving to a new building by herself she has gone downhill quickly!! She has cancelled appointments, rescheduled them then cancelled again. Once you actually get to see her she is okay but makes you wait a long time in the room but good luck until then. Hours are horrible, When you make an appointment keep it

She's a great doctor who genuinely wants to help you and make you feel better. Since moving to her new office the staff has greatly improved and are very courteous and helpful.

A great doctor, wouldn't want any other doctor or me and my Husband. She ask us what is going on , and if she cant figure it out she send us to where we need to be. I have M S and she know how to treat me. Tana

Nice doctor but already had to reschedule twice for the year. That's a bit ridiculous in my opinion. Office staff is friendly with each other but when you're at the counter you don't have their full attention. I'm looking for another doctor who's actually at work.

Dr. Klock is a wonderful doctor, spends time with you makes you feel like what you have to say is important. Her office staff seem rude and never seem to answer the phone, or return phone calls. Lately Dr. Klock is hard to get an appointment with as she seems to take a lot of personal days.
