Jennifer Anne Marrone

Caring, patient, very thorough, Dr. Marrone has a wonderful way to set you at ease and I never fell rushed. Her office is run very well, minimal waits times and all the staff are courteous.

I have a lot of anxiety, and I am first to admit I’m not the easiest patient. Every time I see Dr. Marrone she goes above and beyond offering true patience and comfort, she’s always reachable for any questions and truly is a saint when it comes to showing compassion. Its hard to find doctors who go the extra mile from the good of their heart! I could not recommend her enough. Thank you for all you do Dr. Marrone.

Dr. Marrone is a great doctor that takes the time to listen. I was a little nervous getting to know a new doctor due to the fact my previous doctor retired. She was very patient and answered all of my concerns. I am really happy with the service I received. I would highly recommend her to anyone that is looking for a phenomenal obgyn!

It makes me mad to see an ugly review posted here about Dr. Marrone when that patient never even saw her! This is not the forum for one’s anger about a diagnosis. Dr. Marrone is a delight—period. That being said, yes you do have to wait a little to see her-unless you’re an established patient. Her office is not an ER. If you have an emergency then go to the hospital. Frankly, to have to wait a little just shows I’m right where I want and should be…with a competent, supportive, often times humorous, intelligent, sought after physician. Period

I had 2 previous appointments, but those were canceled. Appointment was hard to get.

Dr Marrone is the best! I highly refer her as a good-listener, smart and knowledgeable doctor.

Friendly office and support staff. APRN and MD are hugely supportive, listening to questions, offering real answers. Very happy and satisfied with my visit.

I could not recommend Dr. Marrone any more highly! She’s fantastic. Kind, warm, extremely informative and gave me all the time I needed and did not make me feel rushed. I will be recommending her to all of my friends and family.

Dr. Marone is very professional and personal all at the same time. She truly cares and takes time to explain everything. Her staff is lovely as well I would highly recommend her practice to anyone!

This office is run professionally and efficiently! The staff is kind and helpful. Dr. Marrone feels like she is a family member with the way she makes you feel comfortable and heard! I love a smaller office with less frenetic activity. It’s calm and peaceful!

Dr. Marrone and the staff at Southport Women’s Health are very friendly and professional. Dr. Marrone shows genuine interest in your health and well-being and makes an otherwise unpleasant exam very comfortable. When my last doctor retired, I wasn’t thrilled with having to find a new doctor, but I’m certainly glad to have found Dr. Marrone. If she ever moves her practice, I would follow her! I've been to a couple ob's and I loved loved Jennifer. (Also her student was very sweet I forgot her name!) They both heard my concerns and made sure I was taken care of. Also the nurses and receptionist were amazing. Highly recommend.

This was my first appt. I had a great experience. I waited maybe 5 minutes. The nurses were very friendly. Dr. Marrone immediately made me feel comfortable. I am happy to have been recommended to her.

My opinion- best doctor! Thoughtful. Kind. Comes into the room knowing what’s in your file!! Even when the last time you spoke was 2 years ago. Makes you feel like she cares about you and your health. I find her really easy to talk to and that she’s truly listening. A Gem!

Amazing experience! I was with my previous doctor for over 20 years and hesitant seeing someone new. But I felt comfortable with Dr. Marrone right away. It’s easy to talk to her about any concern, she explains it simple and takes her time. I did not feel rushed. The entire team was wonderful.

I'm a new patient of Dr. Marrone's. I had no idea what to expect having had the same OBGYN (who delivered my 3 kids in NYC) for years! As soon as Dr. Marrone walked through the door, she made me feel welcome/at ease/like we were besties. I'm not even joking. She's so friendly and kind, I felt like we'd known each other for years. The kindness and compassion are a rare quality that this office excels at having. From my initial phone call to my office departure, I would highly recommend not only Dr. Marrone for her genuine concern and care but her staff for the pleasant personality.

Dr. Marrone is an amazing doctor! It was so refreshing when she took time with me and answered my questions thoroughly and efficiently. I used to be a nurse and I walked out of their office and thought, this is how medicine should be.

I couldn’t be happier with my decision to move to Dr Marrone. The entire experience was wonderful. The reception staff was polite and knowledgeable. I waited only a few minutes to be moved to a room. Upon entry the PA was there within moments. She took a thorough history and listened to all my concerns. Once Dr Marrone arrived she also offered great insight into my concerns. Dr. Marrone is the best. She has a terrific bedside manner, which, combined with her knowledge and obvious compassion for her patients, sets her apart from any other doctor I’ve been to. There was a PA student that sat in on my exam, and they both made sure I was comfortable with it beforehand. She was delightful also. She updated my information, was very thorough, and I could tell she knew what she was talking about. All my questions were answered and overall my visit was super pleasant. Great first time visit. Dr Marrone is a very nice and caring physician. Office staff was welcoming. Very happy to be a patient in this group.

My first appointment with Dr Marrone was great. She listened to my concerns, provided info and explanations, and was easy to talk to. Also, as an older, childless woman, I appreciate that she doesn’t have pics of babies all over the place (as my last doc did). So the office feels inclusive.

Unfortunately, I never even got in to see this doctor. The woman at the front desk told me her next booking appointment available would be November, it was September, I told her I thought it was cancer and I would be dead by then and she still said she had no earlier appointments. Did not seem to care in the least bit. Very sad I told her it's an emergency.

Honestly, I’m all my 52 years, I have never been to a more likeable gynecologist. Dr. Marrone has a warm and charismatic personality and takes the time to really explain everything… she even puts my teenage daughters at ease. I saw Dr. Marrone on 7/8/21 for a new patient visit and I’m so glad I did! During the visit, I found her to be to be a warm and compassionate practitioner. She not only took the time to educate me about issues affecting my body but she also took the time to genuinely listen to my concerns. Her exam was very thorough, not rushing one bit even though there were other patients in the cue. I felt I could immediately connect with her and am so happy to now be under her care. I had previously had a very bad experience with another local male provider and this is so refreshing. It’s so important to feel good about the relationship you have with your physician- especially a gynecologist.
