I was very pleased with seeing Dr. Nelson. She diagnosed my case. Explained the situation to me did extra checking with some x-rays. She was efficient and interested and kind I was very impressed with her.

Dr Nelson was very nice and informative. She saw me in a timely manner and has a very good bedside manner.

Had surgery and spent two nights in the hospital. It was very uncomfortable, but it was more bearable considering the professional knowledge of the nurses and doctors and staff at Roper-St. Francis Hosp. They were constantly checking in to see if there was anything needed and did their best to accomplish any request. It was an unwanted visit made tolerable by the caring individuals who work there. I had a great visit with Dr. Nelson. I’d been sick all week and she recognized my symptoms immediately and tested me for mono, which I have. She was very polite and calm and comfortable to communicate with. Roper St. Francis Urgent Care is a great place to go if you need medical attention. I would recommend them!

The wait was minimal. Staff were pleasant and friendly. No embarrassing check-in questions. They have a form you can fill out to explain reason for visit. Provider was friendly, asked relevant questions that assured me she was actually listening to me. I was not kept waiting any longer than necessary. She seemed to want to rush me out the door for an "allergic reaction " instead of the sinusitis I came in for. I don't like taking pills/meds anyway, but knew what I had and almost had to beg for antibiotics just so I wouldn't have to come back in a few days. I've dealt with both allergies and sinusitis for many years and feel I know my body well enough to tell the difference. She seemed to want me out the door too quickly and jump to her own conclusions instead of listening to me.

As a former ER nurse I can say the treatment I received at Ropers Urgi was excellant. Very professional and timely. I would go there again if services were needed

Very nice, little wait time and extremely patient with my daughter who has disabilities. We come often when my daughter is not feeling well. Staff and physicians very caring.

Excellent care provided

I was very pleased with the care I was given by doctor Nelson.

I was treated as if I were lying about my symptoms. She spent all of 5 seconds with me, before giving me a prescription and rushing me out the door. I’ve been here before, and can say that this was the worst experience so far.

My parents, myself and my husband saw Dr. Nelson. She's very savvy about general healthcare from pap smears to diabetes. She's extracted cysts & monitored physical and mental health for us all, with compassion and education.

Barely spoke to me, dismissed my problems and didn't even touch me to examine.

I tried having her as my doctor for a couple of years. I became disgusted by her lack of knowledge, as well as by her terrible doctor/patient skills. She spent little time listening, and then jumping to conclusions that weren't usually correct. She sent me to a neck specialist for my arm problem, and it took going back and having Ms. Willett involved for me to get the proper orthopedic specialist, Dr. Price. That is only one example of her poor care.

Dr. Nelson is the most professional and caring Doctor I've ever had.. Happy to have her on my side

Dr. NELSON is a very good listener. In my 63 year experience with the medical professionals this is a rare find. She has been gracious with me and my family and is a wonderful doctor.

I had a strange lump on my arm just above my elbow. After having it about 3 weeks I needed to see a Dr. Regarding what it might be. After reviewing many doctors I finally chose Dr. Jennifer Nelson. So happy, she was kind and did not act like she knew it all. She did some research and then gave me a prescription that got rid of it!!

On the contrary to above, this was correct of Nelson years ago. I sought her for the DO degree hoping she cared with a more holistic approach. Over the years she has become, cold hearted, mean and non-empathetic. When I have been in tears with ear infections, sinus, strep and called begging just to be seen quickly for an antibiotic she denied me of that. I would NOT recommend this doctor to anyone, and I work in the healthcare field. I would look elsewhere. On the contrary to above, this was correct of Nelson years ago.
