Dr. Jeremy Kirk Mcwilliams

Blue Cross Blue Shield here in the state of Texas gave us an HMO plan and we assigned them to this doctor. Please stay away from this company as far as far as far as way as you can if you want to receive healthcare service trying to schedule an appointment for my wife, and then the receptionist must have a bad day started screaming at me, calling me, bad words, and then hangs up the phone. Do they really think that I’m going to take my family’s health into their hands I will let everyone know on how rude the clinic office is.

I wish I could leave a better review because I liked him personally. Dr. McWilliams failed me on three different occasions about three different issues. One issue put me in the hospital for 3 1/2 days. In his defense, none of the doctors in the hospital could figure it out either. I finally came up with the diagnosis on my own using the internet. This last issue was the last straw, however, and I changed to the Methodist group. I wish him well.

I have been a patient of Dr. McWilliams for a long time and he has always taken great care of me. He is well connected with other great Doctors to refer you to should the need arise.

My experience at this office has been nothing but professional. I have to say that I have felt so much better going to this office. They have taken care of every question and every need as well as listened. I would refer them to anyone I care about. Thank you!

I have had mostly bad experience with selfish, greedy, un trust worthy doctors. For anyone looking for an honest doctor you can actually talk to without them making you feel like they are put out just to listen to you or answer a question. Then this is the Doc for you. Nice and accommodating. Best of all, not full of bs.

First visit and last visit. The doctor proceeded to tell me that the condition I was experiencing couldn't be determined, (and would not listen to me until I pulled out my phone and showed him the written diagnosis from previous physician.) After the appointment, I received an automated phone call from their office reminding me of an appointment, (which is nice - unfortunately it was for another patient.) I called the office and the office worker wasn't much interested in the error. A week later< i received an automated call from Kroger pharmacy to pick up a prescription. I called the pharmacy and the order was for the very same other patient. I called the office back and the office clerk couldn't find anything on their end to cause the error. I insisted that the office manager look into it and call me back. Days later, the office manager calls me and suggested that 'some other doctor' must have made the mistake. I tried explaining, but she wasn't interested in fixing anything.

Terrible experience here. The other office we were using was shut down and we were transferred over. Terrible lack of communication, very rude customer service, just a bad experience from the get go.

Being new to the area I was looking for a new PCP. My first visit there seemed to be going great. I had the pleasure of being seen by Jennifer, who was remarkable. That’s where the great care ended. I was prescribed a new medication that was an injectible for Diabetes. The nurse that was showing me how to dispense the med had no idea what she was doing. It wasn’t until 2 days later that I realized the amount of meds in the injection was the same. The nurse had me turn the dial to the wrong setting. In addition, I went to the pharmacy to pick up my meds that were supposed to be called in. All but one med was called in. No big deal I thought. Everyone makes mistakes. It took me repeated calls and THREE weeks before the missed prescription was called in. I could go on and on about what all issues they have running an office. I was referred there by my elderly neighbor I’m a caretaker for. The lack of compassion, care and proper follow up she has received has been equally appalling. Needless to say, we are both going to a new physician effective immediately. The only reason I gave one star is because there isn’t an option for no stars. Very poor follow up and follow through. I shouldn’t have to call cajole or nag your staff to do the job they’re supposed to provide. I’ve had to call twice and I am about to have to call again...

The doctors are great and the nurses too. So far I have received excellent care. However only 4 stars because the front desk people aren't so welcoming. . .

Felt like I was being herded and rushed out there. Only allows a few minutes per appointment. It was my very first appointment, maybe he should have allocated a few extra minutes for a first timer. Dr. was cold and I did not feel cared for at all! He should have been a lawyer instead.

Dr. McWilliams is by far the best doctor I've visited in my 64 years. He always has time for me during an appointment. His concierge practice is well worth the one time annual cost. The provided patient portal service keeps you informed about exams, labs and medicines.

the doctor believes in prescribing and over-prescribing pain medications rather than treating in alleviating the problems causing the pain. My family members have been incapacitated did his over prescription of pain medications including Vicodin Percocet Neurontin not to mention many others. it's easier for him to write a prescription and keep a patient than referring to a proper physician who could alleviate the problem. Beware pills are not the answer! Please please beware of pill pushers

I like this practice. He's personable, friendly and listens. For small issues like, I've got a cold, the PA did the exam and approved the script. Another thing I like is the adoption of technology. I can review my info on their platform.
