He has always been the best. OK

The Doctor & his staff are Courteous & Professional. They take the time to examine you & then go over the possible treatments available & take the time to answer your questions.

Very good. Very professional

After 45 minutes sitting in the room, I got dressed, picked up and left. Nice that the doctor makes sure they schedule so he is never waiting to see a patient because time is money. No worries about spending money of patients who have jobs as well. Will find another doctor.

Always thorough, friendly and professional

I don't want him to retire ever...quiet manner with incredible competence

Dr. Felsenstein was very attentive to my concerns and very thorough with his examination. He was also very good at helping me understand my condition and my options. I didn’t feel rushed or pressured in any way. It is nice to know that there are still doctors out there like Dr. Felsenstein Who really do care about their patients. I don’t usually like to recommend doctors but I would have no problem recommending Dr. Felsenstein

It is my belief that you couldn’t find a better physician anywhere in reference to Dr Felsenstein. Addresses all your concerns in a relaxed non hurried fashion. With over 50 yrs of experience I’m relatively certain there is no condition that Dr Felsenstein hasn’t seen diagnosed and treated. He’s been my family’s dermatologist for over 20 yrs. We hold him in the highest regard.

Dr. Felsenstein is highly knowledgeable with people of color.

The Laser machine in Briarcliff has been broken all summer. I finf this frustrating.

I and my family have been seeing Dr. Felsenstien for over 20 years. I have moved to CT and have not seen him for some time going to another dermatologist who treated me for various items to no avail. I decided to follow up with him even with the distance. His perspective on what I needed for my conditions were as always dead on. As a person he is such a nice, sweet man who has an amazing bed side manner, is thorough, and cares about his patients. He is worth the long drive..sticking with him
