Had Robotic Laparoscopic hysterectomy surgery yesterday and it was so easy and Dr Jessica Lee is a wonderful Doctor and I recommend her to everyone, she is very caring and I can't say good enough things about her she is a very caring woman.

Dr. Lee , well i can say so much about her honestly . being a 25 year old young patient having a torn retna was the worse experience i had in my life & Dr. Lee treated me with so much love & care she made me feel comfortable throughout the journey from beginning to end .

In addition to how very professional she is I appreciate the fact that she takes time to explain things to me in a manner that makes everything very clear. Dr. Lee is knowledgeable and explains medical conditions in easy to understand terminology. She has a calming demeanor and sets your mind at ease when faced with new medical conditions. Her staff is also very attentive, courteous and pleasant.

Dr. Lee is direct, not warm and fuzzy, but was clear and informative. She explained all that needed to be done before and during as well as after. I am completely satisfied. The medical assistants must be commended as well- kind, caring, personable- Steve and Jamal(??). They were the warmth I needed as I was anxious.

dr lee was fantastic . she reviewed my records and went over everyyhing before giving me a very comprehensive examination. she answered all my questions, explained things in detail and was quite friendly. oh yeah, when i told her of my hearing issues she turned up the volume and kept it up.

Usually seen another doctor at the practice, but made a change hoping Dr Lee will speak the same language as the patient. Of noted, we r a family of doctors. I am an internist and my husband and FIL are surgeons. However, Dr Lee still talks to us like we are idiots and showed horrible bedside manner. Guess we will go back to the previous doctor we were seeing.

The team is great. The treatment was effective. The explanations and presentation of the images impressive. Unfortunately, I had to wait long periods between filling out papers, being screened, having images and seeing the doctor. (My appointment was a same day request. ) All were excellent but I was uncomfortable spending so much time in the office. All tolled - 3 hours.

Dr. Lee took her time to explain everything to me, was concerned about possible interactions between current medications and a potential recommendation.

Dr Lee is both professional and adept at providing treatment. I have had this procedure at another practice, and Dr Lee was significantly better.

Dr Lee was terrific with my elderly mom. She received a retinal injection and said she didn’t even feel it. Great bedside manner as well.

Technicians were not very friendly in fact one was just plain rude. Seemed like the doctor was rushing me out when I had questions.

Smart, caring, careful, explains everything, surrounded by a great staff at the Eye & Ear Infirmary of Mount Sinai. Inspires confidence -- which is crucial when you are getting an eye operation or a shot in the eye. I'm a writer. I now have one good and one bad eye. I trust her to make the bad eye as good as possible and to keep the good eye functioning. I would recommend Dr Lee to anyone dealing with macula degeneration (my condition) or any other retina problem.

Dr. Lee treated my boyfriend for retina eye surgery. She was incredibly thorough, detailed, provided a range of explanations and options available to us, and was responsive and attentive. Dr Lee and her team are magicians. I’ve had a cataract amongst many other complications in my eye since birth. I’ve met with what feels like millions of ophthalmologists since I was a kid.
