I don’t really recommend they’re never on time with their appts the staff can be rude and they just don’t seem to take any issue I come in with seriously everytime I come in I spend almost an hr and a half just waiting to be seen I can never get an appt when I need. My experience here over the years has never been good, but I stuck it out because of location. Whenever I had issues, the doctor and NP I saw were never very helpful. It was almost like I had to draw information out of them, and even then, it never felt like a good answer. Sometimes their backs were to me as we talked over things that seemed quite important to me. You know, cyst, issues with birth control, even pains. Recently switched, and it was nice to feel some humanity and have answers. I never saw the OBGYN’s in the office, so I cannot speak of their mannerisms. Mine were with a strictly GYN doctor and NP over a number of years. I’m not very impressed with the communication. I work in an office with multiple locations we try to make sure the patient knows the address and location of their visit. Everything I had said 3rd floor appointment was on the first, I stood in front of a computer for 3-4 minutes before I was directed to go to the next window! It was very confusing and rushed! Dr. Green has been my OBGYN since I first moved to Indiana in 2012, one week after my third baby's birth. She is always prompt, kind and very transparent. I had previous issues with abnormal pap smears and had a few procedures, but it kept coming back. Fast forward to summer 2019, I had another abnormal pap smear, then repeated three months later and this time the biopsy came back worse than it ever had. Dr. Green reviewed all my history and talked the options over with me. I ended up having a total hysterectomy which Dr. Green performed. I have not had any issues since then and the surgery went great. I healed as planned and have been doing good ever since. I would absolutely recommend Dr. Green as an OBGYN and surgeon.

I definitely recommend Dr Green.She found an issue so had that 2 other OB GYN could not find.I dealt with this for 3 yrs.Went to Dr Green first visit she knew what it was .Scheduled me for surgery and fixed me.

This place is horrible wasn't bad the first few times but yesterday staff was rude .

I would recomend this place to every person I know. Dr. Russell was very sweet and answered all my questions. She even double checked for me due to me being worried. She put me at ease with my questions. I also want to mention the staff. Every single person that I talked to were very nice and helpful. Every single person. Lori Munsie! It doesn't get any better than her. She's the most caring and understanding doctor I have ever came across. After a traumatizing L&D (WITH A DIFFERENT OFFICE AND DIFFERENT DOCTOR) that resulted in my daughter having a birth injury, I Was scared to ever see a gyno again. It took me 2 years to get the courage and I couldn't have chosen a better doctor.. She takes her time with patient's, she's honest, and will go above and beyond for them. Dr Green is great. But the 2 girls at the front desk were very rude. Talked down to you like they are better than others. It's sad to have people this rude working at your front desk
