Good service, kind people

I have been impressed with Dr. Lanie’s treatment of patients, the investment in his practice of upgrading the equipment and X-rays, as well as updating the office design and decor. You can tell he cares about both his patients and his practice!

Dr. Lanie and his staff are friendly, fastidious and highly recommended. In fact, I went to him because of a friend’s recommendation. My friend was going to a different dentist and was switching to Dr. Lanie, because he said his wife, a Riley hospital nurse, “wouldn’t take their children anywhere else”. My wife went to Dr. Lanie first. She is my dental barometer, because she is much more critical and fearful of the dental procedures than I. She had several procedures done and was happy with how they went and how she was treated by Joel and his associates. Upon my first visit, not only were X-rays taken, pictures of my teeth were also taken. The exam was as detailed and professional as I had ever experienced. Dr. Lanie found a slight crack in one tooth and a small hole in a gold crown that my former dentist only 6-months before, didn’t find. I equate that to the pictures, but also to Dr. Lanie's thoroughness. I also appreciate that following one of his procedures, Dr. Lanie personally phones to make sure all is going well. This is another instance where Joel does more than what is simply required; it is another example of how meticulous Joel is and how much care and pride he takes in his performance and also in his staff’s. -Mike B.

We just moved here recently, and we were looking for a dentist. Someone mentioned Dr. Lanie to us , so we decided to try them out. What a great staff. Everyone was so kind from the ladies at the reception desk to the hygentist. Dr. Lanie was patient, engaged and very knowledgeable and helpful. I had a great experience there and I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new dentist. Thank you Dr.Lanie's staff for a great experience!!!

Very family friendly people. Your not just a client to them your a member of the family!!

Such wonderful care from Dr. Lanie and his staff. I called in with a problem and was seen quickly. Everyone was kind and helpful. I am so glad to have him as my dentist. I have had all kinds, none have been as wonderful as I have experienced here!

I’ve been going to Dr. Lanie‘s dental office for several years now; ever since he took over the business from my prior dentist Dr. Koppko. Dr. Lanie is a very knowledgeable dentist, and is very good at what he does. Dr Lanie will clearly tell you when you have a dental problem that needs to be addressed and also helps you make a plan to get it done in a timeframe with least impact to your out-of-pocket expenses. When you’re teeth are in good shape and no work needs to be done, Dr. Lanie is happy to announce that “ Everything looks good so keep up the good work!”Dr. Lanie is very good at prioritizing what dental work really needs to be done to maintain your health. I’m over 65 and he’s the best dentist I’ve ever had.

The staff are great! They are gentle and explain things they are doing and why they are doing them. Staff take time to listen to questions and concerns.

Entire staff is fantastic and great with kids. We have been patients for nearly 5 years and always have a great experience.

Very professional and thorough

Another easy trip to the dentist office last week. Alyssa does terrific work with my teeth cleaning plus I got a fluoride treatment with choice of flavors (but no bourbon chocolate yet). Then Dr. Lanie checked out my teeth and said everything was A-Okay. I've been really happy with Lanie Family Dentistry. They help me keep my teeth healthy and I appreciate how efficient my check-ups & cleanings are. I especially like how convenient they are for me here in the Center Grove area. My family has always received great care from all the staff at Lanie Dentistry!

Staff is so friendly and accommodating. They seem to know everyone who comes in and they are greeted as if they matter! What a refreshing atmosphere these days

Had my teeth cleaned today at Lanie Family Dentistry in Bargersville. Alyssa did a wonderful job, as usual, & the office crew is very nice & friendly. They all make a trip to Dr Lanie’s office a pleasure.

I called the office, left a message and was scheduled for an appointment, quickly. Crown was painlessly put back. I have had a lot of dental work done in my life and never enjoyed it. Started going to Lanie Family Dentistry a few years ago. Everyone at Lanie dentistry is kind and patient. My experiences there have been as good and comfortable as possible. My favorite dentist office.

Great office and wonderful staff. I had to get a crown and the entire process was so smooth. They worked hard to keep me comfortable. I would definitely recommend this office!

My visits have mostly been for routine cleaning and exams and I have always been happy with Dr. Lanie and the staff there. They are friendly and do a great job! Dr. Lanie takes time to answer questions and is very personable. I have never had the problem in this office with performing unnecessary services like I have had with other offices.

Over the years I have been to a few dentist with not so pleasant experiences. Myself and family have been seeing Dr. Laine for a little over a year now. Each and every time we have a visit he and his staff make the visit very nice. Just recently I myself had a visit and after it was done Dr. Joel said that he would give me a call to check on me...... I said to him isn't that your day off and he said it was no problem at all. That very next day he did in fact call me which is something that I have never had any doctor do for me. Dr. Laine and Staff, Thanks for treating your patients as people and not a numbers! This is the reason why we come back! God Bless!!!

Most people will say that they really dread going to the dentist! While it might not be my favorite thing to do, Dr. Lanie and his staff make the experience very pleasant!!!! Dr. Lanie is great as are all the members of his staff. Each person is extremely efficient in performing their various roles and responsibilities. Just my being in the office for a short period of time, you can tell that it is a smooth running team!. I would highly recommend Dr. Lanie's Family Dentistry to anyone!

My son is 6 and went for his first visit to the dentist. He had to he was cavity filled.. the whole team was great with him and he actually enjoyed his visit. Dr Lanie called after hours to check on him after the procedure. They all seemed to genuinely care about my son and his well being! Highly recommend

I recently had a couple of crowns done by a local corporate dental office and they never felt right. I had Dr. Lanie evaluate them and he pointed out the issues they had and reviewed my options to fix the issues. I decided to have the crowns replaced and I was amazed by the difference. Not just in the final result, but in the attention to detail when preparing and fitting the new crowns. Dr. Lanie and his staff are a blessing!

The staff is always incredibly friendly and helpful. When I am there, it is like visiting with friends. I never have to wait to be seen at a scheduled appointment. My family and I feel very good about the quality of our dental care.

Exceptional!!

Dr. Lanie and their crew is the most professional/loving dentist office I have ever been too. They not only take care of me, but my wife and little children as well. I highly recommend them to anyone as this is the best dentist office I have ever been a part of it.

Dr. Lanie and his staff are phenomenal. Though he isn't a "pediatric dentist," he's the best one on the south side. I have two young children, and I have been utterly amazed at his ability to put them at ease in order to get necessary dental work done. My wife and I are thankful to have him as our family dentist.
