So glad we were referred to Dr Reynolds. Great doctor who obviously cares a great deal about his patients. One of our absolute favorite specialists!

Dr. Reynolds guided me through Bladder Cancer. He found the cancer without wasting any time. He removed 8 tumors in my first resection and went to the tumor board at Chowan hospital in June of 2019. ECU Pathology reported cancer in the muscle wall. Dr Reynolds told me I should get a second opinion. He said if he didn't tell me to do a second opinion, he shouldn't be in this practice. I went to UNC-Chaple Hill for my second opinion and the UNC Urologist didn't agree with the ECU report. I have my bladder and have been treated with BCG treatments, which Dr Reynolds said he couldn't get. He has continued to follow me and has provided testing when UNC needed it, so I didn't have to go all the way to UNC. He's a great doctor. I will refer anyone to him and I will gladly return to him for my Urology needs.

I would not take my dog to this so called Doctor and wish we could rate him as a zero. He is rude and crude and his office staff is no better. Friends had warned us that he did a horrid job when he tried and failed to remove stones for them. He is the most arrogant and rudest man we have ever met. He spent most of our time telling us he is not responsible if the procedure does not work and that he can’t promise to get it all the first try. We decided this was not the guy for us when we heard him on the phone literally blessing out our pharmacist because he did not like the medicine list format that she sent. Dr Reynolds is great and a very caring man. His receptionist on the other hand has been rude when I call. I have had some serious issues going on and I feel as though my problems have been a burden to her when I call to see how soon I can get in. I do not get return calls when I am told I will be called back. I am very unsatisfied and unhappy with the office and am currently looking for care elsewhere. Dr Reynolds is great and a very caring man. His receptionist on the other hand has been rude when I call. I saw Dr Reynolds years ago. My son is 12 now and is a proud result of a vericocele repair from many years of martial arts. My son Evan is the best rating a person could give
