Horrible practice. Never pay before insurance is settled as you will never get any money back, they are greedy and always put the doctors wallet first. The office manager is rude and unprofessional in her responses to your concerns. They believe they never make mistakes and it’s always your fault when there is a billing error. I would not recommend them for anything.

Truly a "one of a kind" Doctor. And person. Highly recommend him and the other providers at Anders Dermatology.

Dr. John is by far the most wonderful dermatologist. Seems like the negative reviews on here are spam. Dr. John has so many wonderful stories and DOES genuinely care. He's actually one of the only doctors I've seen actually SIT DOWN with you and have a genuine conversation during your appointment. He also has an amazing memory I swear he can remember anyone and anything you told him. I would recommend Dr. John to absolutely anyone who is in need of a great dermatologist.

Unfriendly staff that treats you like cattle. My exam was rushed and very condescending to my questions and concerns. Couldn't wait till get me through and on to the next patient I felt it was all about $$$_

Dr Anders has treated me for many years. I have always received excellent care. I moved over a year ago and still drive 89 miles back to see him as i value his treatment so much.

Would not recommend this office. Doctor was not patient friendly, did not communicate re my issue, dismissed my other doctor's advice re biopsy, would not give me a diagnosis, did not tell me how to take care of biopsied area, said someone would call me with biopsy report (never happened). Doc was dismissive and said if lab report was okay, I didn't have to come back to his office. I'm still having an issue but won't go back there.

I went in for suspicious spots on my hand after my family doctor looked at them. Dr. Anders briefly looked at them stated I had severe sun damage and prescribed a hand cream that did absolutely nothing. He did not do any tests or biopsy the lesions to see what they were. On my follow up visit, I told him the cream did not work. He told me my hands looked so much better, and froze off the lesions. He spent all of 2 - 3 minutes with me combined. Not going back.

Dr Anders did not address my issue. He was more interested in follow up appointments. he was quick to issue a prescription rather than to order blood work, or other tests to determine the cause. he blew my issue off. After an appointment with my family doctor, I found out I am anemic. This is the cause of my issues. So sad Dr Anders was is such a hurry to make a fast buck and move on to the next patient

Dr Anders is truly a caring wonderful doctor and would recommend him to all my friends.

Dr. Anders was very caring and listened to me. I was very pleased with my visit and will go back again if needed!

dr john anders - honest & caring - very thorough

Dr Anders was more interested in repeat visits than treating my hives rashes and skin growths. He was not helpful at all.I required an emergency appointment with my family doctor to treat what I went to Dr Anders for in the first place. His staff is cliquey and rude. I am cancelling all the appointments for my entire family and getting a different dermotologist all together. Plan on waiting on hold for extended periods of time every time.

I would, in years past, have highly recommended Dr. Anders,,,if fact, I DID recommend him. Sadly, that has changed. I used to feel like a valued patient, but now I feel like I'm just a fast buck. Perhaps he has more patients than he can adequately handle. Front window staff is still courteous, but back window is a totally different story. I no longer have faith in Dr. Anders and have chosen another dermatologists office for my needs.

He's rude and doesn't have any care for his patients. Doesn't listen to what you tell him. Almost like he doesn't believe what you're saying.
