best doctor ever who helped me with my migraines..cannot recommend more highly!!!

Dr. Burch has retired...OUT of BUSINESS!!! SHOULD BE REMOVED FROM THIS LIST..."THANK YOU"

The medical office staff is very rude and hung up on me and all I was trying to get was a statement. I do not recommend Dr. Burch because of that. Most of the time they do not answer their phones, they do not call back when a message is left, and numerous times I get "extension has been terminated" and it hangs up. Dr, appts last about 5 minutes with most of the time spent talking about family.

Dr. Burch is excellent however he employs a rude, heartless, manipulative woman. We have had good dealings w/Wilson&Burch for MANY years despite her. Recent she refused an appt (because of $75 copay) to change from brand to generic med for seizures, although we just saw DR 2 mths ago!! She essentially is withholding medication-should be illegal! Called office to pay, closes 12:00 Fri thus NO MEDS entire weekend or after (bc scheduling of appt). Not playing her wicked game, leaving practice!

Dr. Burch is the most excellent neurologist I have ever had the pleasure of meeting. His clinical knowledge and compassion cannot be surpassed. Has resisted the pull to join larger hospital systems and has maintained the integrity of his practice without fail.

Burch has a staff that doesn't get messages to him. Unprofessional and rude. I have told him in the past. Burch told me I could get him anytime I needed him as I am dealing with a lot! His staff were screaming at me to get out and or she'd call the police. REALLY? I was going by what HE told me himself, He didn't even speak to me. I told HER not to bother and I'd call them..I won't be bullied by staff. She wanted to know my medical reason, NONE of her business. Do not trust Staff or him.
