Dr Chiaple extracted a baby molar that was infected and I needed an appointment ASAP. He got me in on a Friday. I wanted sedation and he gave it to me but it wasn’t overdone. It seemed like he was done in two minutes. Absolutely no pain. Not even the numbing injections were painful. I will be referring everyone to this very polite and intelligent doctor. He sent me home with mouthwash and antibiotics too. No pharmacy stop. Yea!!!! I have insurance but it wasn’t very expensive for the copay. Thank you to Dr. Chiaple and his very kind staff members for taking such good care of me. I was late and they didn’t get upset. We need more doctors like this one. He’s a true caring professional that even started my IV. I haven’t seen a doctor start an IV in my entire career of 28 yrs and I’m a Nurse Practitioner. I know the good, bad and ugly of the medical world and this office is all good, great and lovely. I had some pretty serious pain that has been increasing over the last month or so, and finally became nearly constant and often unbearable. I never had much trouble with my Wisdom teeth but this time the pain was migrating all around my mouth, making my eyes water, a bit nauseated, tired, and in a very unpleasant mood. No one I called was able to get me an appointment within the next month. Dr. Chiapel was able to fit me in the next day. He worked quickly, his advice made perfect sense, and even though I am still sore the pain is nothing like what I have been living with the last few weeks. Three days later and I'm able to concentrate again and get some things done. I highly recommend Dr. Chiapel. It was a two hour drive for us to get to his office and absolutely worth it. I have never been so happy after having something done to my teeth. I owe the guy who recommended him a pizza, at the very least. After I'm able to eat pizza again, which should be soon. Dr. Chiapel is genius at tooth extraction. It was out before I knew it, and I had been dreading it. He and his staff are excellent, kind, patient, and helpful. I highly recommend him.

I had to have a tooth extracted and was very seriously dreading it, but Dr. Chiapel removed it while I was expecting him to be just getting started. I called him a genius at his job because one prior extraction from another dental group felt like my bones were being shifted or removed. He is also very kind, friendly and patient as are all his staff members.

I got my wisdom teeth taken out by Dr. Chiapel and overall it was a very pleasant experience. I was nervous but he made me feel comfortable and the procedure was over before I knew it. I had minimal pain afterwards and practically no swelling at all. I highly recommend Dr. Chiapel!

Dr Chiapel was very patient and thorough in explaining exactly what my procedure would entail. Office staff was great with helping process my insurance paperwork and with followup. After the surgery he was equally as attentive in following up to ensure that I was doing okay and to let him know if I needed anything to not hesitate to contact him Highly recomend!

So as I currently sit in the office to have several teeth extracted I wonder why the office called me today to see if I wanted to come in a day earlier than tomorrow’s appointment. I have been waiting 30 minutes in the waiting room.

Dr. Chiapel was awesome! Very professional along with answering all my questions and making me feel comfortable. My wisdom tooth removal was quick and painless! Not to mention he also saw my friend the same day for a consultation. Would highly recommend him!

Dr John Chiapel provided excellent care during my appointment for a tooth extraction and prep for an implant. Lynn, his medical assistant, was very caring and gentle as well. I highly recommend them.

Office is nice, only 1 or 2 people in the waiting room was reliving, staff very friendly, doctor was nice & informative. My over all experience was very nice.

Outstanding surgeon - quite literally painless! A real pro. Got my complicated extraction done quickly. Infection present - cleaned out + did bone graft to cover hole in bone. Excellent care - couldn't be happier with his service!

I had to have a fractured tooth removed recently and my local oral surgeon was booked up a month. They fit me in with an appointment the next day and I traveled 100 miles to get here and get the problem dealt with. This is obviously an experienced doctor in his field. The pain and disruption has been very minimal and it was obviously a clean operation done right. Sure, it isn't without any pain but the pain of the cracked and infected tooth that sent me to the dentist in the first place was far worse. This has been a walk in the park compared to that. I am always going and have to remind myself to slow down and recover. It has been that painless. There is a reason my local dentist referred me to to this place 100 miles away when the local one was all booked up. The visit was nice yes the staff and Dr are very friendly. However my son's bill was coded wrong and they kept trying to tell me I would have to pay it, once i got it figured out. they still sent me one last bill for a very little amount but it shows i am 90 overdue. I just received the bill. I do not like for things to look as though i wasn't doing my part right when in fact it was the ladies in his office.

Dr. Chiapel could not treat me b/c my insurance was out of network. He took his own time to help me find a dentist that could.

My daughter had all 4 wisdom teeth removed. They were impacted and it was a complicated case. He took his time, was very thorough and professional. He also guided us over the phone after the surgery when we had questions. My daughter recovered very well. I will definitely be back to Dr. Chiapel with my other children for their wisdom teeth! My son had his wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Chiapel. Everything went smoothly. The office gave us an accurate estimate of costs ahead of time. We were seen right away. They processed everything through our insurance. They gave us detailed, written information about what to expect and how to care for him after surgery. And most important, my son's mouth healed well. This office is HIGHLY unorganized. After being rude from hello (actually there was no formal greeting) losing my paperwork making me feel very uncomfortable to the point I finally left the office and said nevermind they charged me $275 for my "consultation" inquiring about a dental implant. Guess that's the only way they make $ as no one can trust them or feel comfortable enough to have procedures actually performed by this crew. Unprofessional, receptionist is full of "IDKs"and takes xrays.

I've been scared of the dentist my whole life therefore I do not get my regular cleaning and when I do I always have a cavity! Well, I didn't get my cavity filled and it got infected causing my whole face to swell and it hurt so bad! My dentist referred me to Dr. Chiapel to get my tooth removed which as you could imagine really freaked me out, as soon as I got to the office Dr. Chiapel and his staff made me feel so much better, they were all so kind and caring, tooth is out and I feel great!!

Dr. Chiapel and his team were great! Seriously very little pain after surgery. I actually didn't even take a pain pill the 2nd day until the evening, and I had 4 wisdom teeth removed! I couldn't believe how good I felt.

I needed my wisdom teeth removed and being scared of doctors and medical procedures it was important for me to find a friendly doctor that was good with dealing with my fear. Dr. Chiapel and his entire staff were SOOO nice which made everything so much easier and in the end the whole procedure ended up not being a big deal.

I work for a general dentist and have referred to Dr. Chiapel for years .. Have always had great responses from patients about Dr Chiapel and his staff !!!

Dr. Chiapel is a very nice man. Took the time to explain everything in detail. His staff just as friendly and caring. I would 100% recommend Dr. Chiapel.

We were given 3 different names by our dentist for my twins' wisdom teeth removal. We went to the closer Dr first in Eureka and after only 4 minutes spent with us decided maybe we should try someone else. Dr Chiapel was so very caring and nice, his staff, and bedside manner made my girls feel comfortable. I have sent many of their friends and everyone I have spoken to has been very pleased.

The staff was extremely helpful and kind. Dr. Chiapel was very kind as well and spent time explaining what would occur during my procedure. I had four wisdom teeth extracted and my recovery time was minimal. I followed their directions and everything went great. Definitely would recommend.

Dr. Chiapel has his own pharmacy and charges $45 for pain meds. I am allergic to the type that was charged to us and I refused the medication. I did not want to be charged for the medication but was told they would settle up after the insurance went through. (We were required to pay an enormous amount up front and received 600 back. However, they would not reimburse us for the medication that I did not receive. This place will rip you off. I would never to here again.

I had my wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Chiapel. The pain was minimal afterwards and I recovered quickly. Excellent job.
