Ran out of my prescription, had to leave a message on a voicemail for his nurse who stated “please don’t call multiple times” -that sure calms any doubts.. after waiting 3 days I had to call back, front desk was rude, nurse finally did it but not until after lecturing me that she had 180 messages as the response when I told her the message was unprofessional. Talked to Dr Fell about the experience and he could not have cared less- I will be finding a new PCP. Dr. Fell is a joke. He does not care about his patients nor does he act like it. Wasted 2 visits to come see him and all he wanted to do was see how fast he could get me out the door. I would never recommend anyone to see him at all. What a waste of time and money. Also update the Dr didn't even call my medication in for an infection in my elbow. So this really shows how much he cares. So I just wasted over 200$ on 2 visits for nothing, not even the medication he said I needed. Dr. Fell is a joke. Dr is a joke. Barely spends anytime with you then doesn't even call your meds in after the appointment. Why even go to the Dr. I wasn't there for social hour I was there to try and get my health in order.

My husband is a patient there and dr fell has always treated him with professionalism and always listened to his concerns. Friendly staff and never had difficulty getting an appointment when needed. Would recommend him to anyone needing a GP.

Doctor barely spends time with patients, and leaves them waiting an hour and a half for that. Prescriptions take days to be called in. The excuse given is that he is busy. It's a shame patient's lives aren't more important than his busy schedule.

Great doctor he helped me so much!

Very nice staff and listen to your problems, Dr. Fell is a very understanding doctor and doesn't try to switch your meds that a person has been taking for 4-5 years, super nice and very professional, today was my first visit and I hope to continue to be under his care.

I have been a patient of Dr. Fell for many years! I’ve never had a complaint! He has always showed care and concern for any problem I have had, and very kind! He has always been very thorough! Definitely recommend him to anyone I know!

I have been a patient of Dr. Fell's for a few years. I totally trust him with my medical needs. I have quite afew issues and he has always listened to me and shows great care and concern. I absolutely love having him as my primary and refer him to everyone who asks. I have even been able to start having my husband go to him. My husband is a disabled veteran and is very critical of the doctors that he sees. Very impressed with his first visit. As long as Dr. Fell is here, we will continue to be seen by him. A Total Quack - - - tried to push a medical cannabis card on me. He must be high on something

Great doctor. Receptionist asks questions that she shouldn't ask. She isn't the doctor. Won't let you speak to a nurse unless you tell the receptionist what it's about (none of her business).

He almost killed me. I asked him to listen to my lungs. He said they sound great. I died in the ambulance 6 days later. I had two bouts of pneumonia and it had went septic and they finally figured out at the hospital that I had been septic for 4 months. After I got out it took almost 8 months and another doctor to figure out I had a growth on my vocal cords that was hanging into my airway. All Fell cares about is his music. Maybe spend 5 minutes with me, didn't take vitals. Asked what was my problem, only to tell me he couldn't help me. He said he'd refer me, still waiting on the referral. I was a patient of another doctor there who retired and was an excellent doctor, whom actually listen to you with compassion. This doctor seems like he's got other things on his mind and this job just annoys him. Maybe he has golf on the brain or something. My mom changed doctors too for the same reason. She did say he was fast at filling prescription, I laughingly said, yes, because he's got nothing better to do. If his patient visit is 5 minutes, he's got plenty of time. Lol. Very attentive, listens to me and gets changes made in a timely manner, answers my questions on a common level, explains treatment plans, and his staff is polite and quick to fix problems and issues. ????

He has been a very attentive Dr-- he is thorough when it comes to my well being, listens to me and gives me options and alternatives to help us both to choose the right plan of action for my health. The staff is great at their jobs and make sure that they cross every t and dot every I, I would recommend him to anyone.

Great Doctor and I would recommend him to anyone!

My husband went in for yearly blood work in December 2018 which our insurance pays 100%, received a bill from Northeastern Health System for $278.82. After numerous phone calls and speaking to our Insurance and his office I was told it was coded wrong and they would resumit it. Just received another bill for the same amount and after numerous phone calls AGAIN it was never done!!!!! Very disappointed in this office. If he specializes in Osteo. therapy why is he a family doc?? Went if for a sore throat. BP was way low. Upon seeing him he never commented on the BP and never listened to mmy breathing. Wrote me a script and was out the door. Thik he's more into his "band" that medicine

I had surgery with John. He wasn't able to find anything or see anything. 2 years later went back to see John and he wanted to cut me open once again. At that point I thought I would need a second opinion and finding out I never should have been operating on. The time and money spent with this doctor is ridiculous.
