This place is like an efficient assembly line. 4 stars because there is no feeling of individuality, I am the next file/Patient not an individual. Yes the doctors listens to me, answers my questions & addresses my concerns but will not remember me in 10 min. So next year or next two years will a problem that is happening be recognized & possible be prevented because I am not an individual I am only a file? My eye sight is getting worse and I don't think this office will be able to tell me the real reason why because they don't remember me, they don't recognize me, my condition, my habits, my hobbies, and therefor will never be able to truly help me with my failing eye sight. If all you need is a yearly exam & refill of contacts or glasses THIS IS YOUR PLACE! They are fast, efficient, friendly & work with a lot of insurance companies. If you truly have a vision problem and are concerned-go to a smaller office that will see you as an individual. Great place to get your glasses. They’re always really quick when getting you in and out. Plus everytime i go in Ali Lawyer helps me and always has a smile on her face! She is my favorite.
