I have been coming to John here for months now after a bad hit & run accident. With his expertise, I have gained mobility again and couldn't be happier about it. Upon arrival, you are greeted by Kay the receptionist and she is so welcoming and very tentative to peoples needs. Overall, this place is amazing and would highly recommend!

I am a young soccer player on reserves for Red Bull Academy.At the beginning of last year i suffered a left abductor injury. I was given a PT by the team and was not satisfied. Due to the impact this injury has on my body during play i decided to take matters into my own hands. I have been a woodside resident all my life so i wanted something in the neighborhood. Luckily i discovered this extraordinary clinic that put me back on the field in no time. After a few months of consistent treatment i was like brand new and beyond grateful with the outstanding staff at Back to life sport & spine. Dr. Fernandez is absolutely fantastic! He is very down to earth, explains everything so you can understand the root of your problem and then takes the time and makes the effort to solve you problem. I have had problems with my legs and he spends a lot of time working on muscle and circulation to solve my problems. I cannot recommend him enough. Shoba (Office Manager) is on top of everything so you get what you need when you need it without any red tape problems. Best office and best treatment you could possibly ask for. Very friendly and welcoming atmosphere. Additionally, the place is organized and professional. I personally have enjoyed the treatment received at this place, thanks to the care received, I have bettered my lower back and leg pain substantially to the point of almost no pain after only a month of treatment!! Dr. Fernandez takes such care and time with me every time I go for chiropractic work. He knows exactly how to help my whole body and is so knowledgeable that no matter where I feel pain he knows how to help and get to the route problem of it. Being a DJ is a fun job, but standing for long hours and looking down can be painful at the end of the day, Dr. FERNANDEZ showed me how to strengthen these muscles while helping me heal. I love this guy, he has some tools that get right into those muscles and he adjusts you back to normal.
