My wife had a bad fall and fractures in her face and was referred to Dr. Freeman. First of all, his staff is the best and so friendly. When they found out what happened, they fit her in as soon as possible and scheduled her during their lunch hour. The two ladies that stayed for her were so caring and nice, and made her feel very comfortable. I can't say enough about them. Dr. Freeman was very honest and detailed and gave her the best possible care. This office is really amazing and we are very thankful for all of them.

The front office is very friendly, courteous and helpful. They go out of their way to make you feel like a part of their family. Dr. Freeman is a first-class guy, great attitude and first and foremost, a fantastic Dr. He repaired my issue in a timely manner and I will be back to normal soon.

Very good experience for my first visit and check-up with Dr. Freeman. I appreciate how much time he spent with me going over my health history, and explaining how the Kelsey Seybold worked.

Dr. Freeman was very professional and very fast. He knew very quickly what needed done and was very personable in describing it. We felt very comfortable with him, with his manner and his knowledge making us feel we were in good hands. I would definitely recommend Dr. Freeman for a complicated wisdom tooth extraction.

Took my son in to have his wisdom teeth removed. One was an issue, per the doctor (and our regular dentist). I was charged the maximum amount for all 4 + additional anesthesia because they say all 4 were an issue (now). However, when he got out of surgery, they told me all went great and never mentioned that all 4 teeth were impacted and they needed extra anesthesia. The surgery itself was fine, but this is Houston and there’s a dentist on every street corner who can pull wisdom teeth. If you’re cool with hundreds of dollars in surprise bills and an explanation from the billing crew of “I don’t know how to explain it”, this is your place. My wife called and she was able to get an appointment for the same day. The surgery was scheduled for the next day which was great considering the infection of one of her wisdom tooth. Recently, I had a similar surgery including two wisdom tooth facing the wrong way with excellent results. The staff is always very friendly and bilingual. Recently had oral surgery including bone graft with titanium mesh for dental implants. Both Dr Freeman and his entire staff were extremely professional and attentive. Follow ups and calls have been promptly responded to. Very happy with the experience so far.

Very good experience with wisdom teeth extractions. I know that sounds like an odd description for any kind of extraction experience, but I felt very comfortable with the process from the very clean and socially distanced office reception, to the wonderful and welcoming staff at the front office, Angela and the nurses, and Dr. Freeman’s consult, which gave me confidence in his knowledge and methods. It was my first anesthesia experience and it really was like taking a solid day time nap, then waking up to all done! I feel very fortunate to have access to such good medical care.

I have suffered with TMJ for many years and have tried physical therapy, mouth splints, etc., to no avail. Dr. Freeman was the first person to actually explain to me what was causing my pain and what needed to be done to fix it.

I don’t trust them financially and front office people are suspicious First visit they asked to do imaging on the place where they mentioned . And getting money upfront before claiming from insurance is not good .

Dr. Freeman is the best. I’ve had my wisdom teeth removed by him. I also had to get an implant put in to replace a root canal gone bad! I highly recommend Dr. Freeman. My mom and my cousin have visited him and they love him.

Dr Freeman took me as a new patient during the COVID-19 pandemic and removed a couple of wisdom teeth that were really giving me headaches. He and all of the staff were all friendly and helpful throughout the entire experience, from appointment booking to insurance and final payment.

I called and was able to get a consult and surgey right away and done in the same day. For someone with an infected wisdom tooth, this was music to my ears. I had taken my daughter there the year before for her wisdom teeth and it was a breeze. Now as the patient, I thought Brenda was amazing! She is personable, caring, and made me feel comfortable. Dr. Freeman is the best! He is amazingly super professional and knowledgeable and knows his expertise very well. He is also a very caring, genuine Doctor who puts you at ease and is never in a rush and takes the time to make you feel comfortable with is fabulous bedside manner as well! This facility for DDS is very suspicious. Went for a consultation and followed up for imaging and was double charged for services in addition to be overcharged for services per insurance analysis. No services we ever considered since they could not do anything for my case. It is fine they could not help the immediate medical case (there were other services they could have provided me), however, the way they get your money up front and send you additional bills appears to be fraudulent. They overcharge for your standard visit cost by 27%. Personally, I will never visit this place again - if can't trust them financially, how can they be trusted with actual services. I have no complaints with Dr. Freeman he did an amazing job and he was very pleasant, however the staff needs to further their education! They failed to submit requested medical records to the insurance company on multiple occasions which lead to a $1688 bill that was sent to me. Had they sent the records in a timely manner the year mark would not have passed therefore, they would have received some or if not all payment from the insurance. On top of them neglecting to communicate with the insurance company, the call me to do it for them. No it was not in a professional manner more like "YOU NEED TO CONTACT YOUR INSURANCE THEY HAVE NOT SENT US PAYMENT". I paid my portion to even have the procedure done, and when I asked how they knew what to charge me because usually you contact the insurance for approval of any surgical procedure, they said that they go off an estimate. Well next time call the insurance to even see if the procedure will be covered, so the patient is not stuck with a large bill. Just be careful, before committing to a procedure and make sure you have all your insurance coverage memorized because like me you will end up doing their job for them. Months later after going back and forth with the insurance company they submitted for a second request and this was a chance the rep and I took to her upper management, and it was approved so they did receive some payment but now I am responsible for the rest.They would have not got that portion if I did not stay on top it. Just finished having 2 wisdom teeth removed from this office yesterday (10/13/18). In the original consult, Dr. Freeman made it seem like the teeth were so bad, abscesses waiting to happen and impacted terribly. Even though I didn't have insurance I went ahead with the surgery. $1500 out of pocket. I waited 2 hours past my appointment to be called. I paid for the IV sedation he claimed I needed, yet I was awake and cried through the majority of it. Dr. Freeman did not speak to me prior to or after the surgery, just up and left. I told his staff I didn't need the mouthwash they prescribe as I already had it, they sent it anyways. I told them I can take tylenol 4 for pain due to issues with other meds...so they sent in Tramadol which is completely worthless. So now I'm stuck with no pain meds, double mouthwash and out a chunk of money. This has been by far the worst experience and I would never recommend them. Following day (10/14/18) After only getting 2 hours of sleep because of pain, I went back to the surgeon this morning. I waited 10 minutes at the window, said hello 3x and still no one came up but I could hear them laughing and chatting in the back. When they did finally come up, the rude receptionist and 2 nurses told me they won't do anything about the stitches popping out that are pushing into my tongue and throat causing it to be difficult to swallow. They said that's normal and I just have to deal with it. (I researched, it's not normal to pop within 4 hours of surgery) So even though it's causing excess bleeding, they won't do anything about it. They said all the bleeding is normal too, though the handout they gave us, says it should only be light pink, not the large amount of red clots that it is. Then they said it's my fault about the meds because I should have picked which ones I wanted to fill and which ones I didn't want. How was I to know what was prescribed or my mom to know what not to get. Then I can hear them talking about me loudly saying that I should have spoken to the Dr about my meds myself and not waited on him. I called Monday for that reason specifically and he already had the rx's written when I was brought back to the OR. When I did try to talk to him about the other question I had, I got a short flippant answer and was told to put the spacer back in my mouth (I couldn't talk with it in). I'm about in tears of frustration and I'm just going to cancel my f/u with them and go see my dentist if there are any issues. Three oral surgery for my children and my son got bit by a pit bull in the face - cheek torn out and Dr Freeman repaired it perfectly!!! Thank God!!! My youngest son hit a tree with his head during a motorcycle jump and Dr Freeman saved him!!!

I was so self conscious about my profile view before that I literally do not even have a picture of myself from the side. Well no more! It’s crazy how such a small tweak could make such a huge difference! Dr. Freeman listened to my concerns and took his time with me. His staff was great and really put me at ease as I was really nervous just before the procedure. Definitely a trustworthy guy and practice! Dr Freeman is an amazing doctor with good bedside manners. Speaks to you in English so you understand. He has made a dream of me having beautiful teeth come true. Bad mouth him all y'all want but he is an amazing doctor

I had been getting botox and fillers for many years from the same doctor. When I moved to Katy I had to find a new doctor. One of the reasons I picked Dr Freeman was because I asked him straight up, do you dilute your botox? He told me no. The reason I know about diluting botox is because the doctor that I saw for so many years told me about it. He told me that many doctors will do this so that they can make more money. Because I had been getting it for so long, it lasted longer and longer every time. The first time I went to Dr Freeman the botox didnt seem to last as long as it previously did. Because I asked him about diluting it and getting a NO answer, I thought it might be a fluke. The next year, same thing, it lasted even shorter that time. I went back again because at this time I am thinking maybe because I am getting older its just not working like it used to and when he came in the room he let me know that I was in luck because he had just "mixed" the botox this morning and I was his last patient for the day. I know for a fact that botox does not get mixed with anything unless it is getting diluted. I did not say anything about what I had just heard. I let him shoot me up for the last time. I am very disappointed because I asked him if he diluted the botox from the get go. He lied to me. He is a nice guy and he is easy on the eyes, but he also a liar. Needless to say this last batch of botox he gave me was terrible. It looks like I have not had any botox in about a year. Im thinking I was shot up with a bunch of saline this time and a tiny bit of botox. I had been getting botox and fillers for many years from the same doctor. I had my wisdom teeth done by him he was genital I didn't feel any pain. I recommend him if you need to get your wisdom teeth out. He's very quickly as well and very kind

Do not recommend this office. I had my wisdom teeth removed and woke up at one point during surgery. Following the surgery, I needed assistance with something and called twice and my call was declined. I called two other times (different days) and left voicemails with no response. Called again half a week later and was finally answered. Staff was extremely unprofessional and rude on the phone. They also are not typically in during their stated business hours.

I had a bad experience dealing with the insurance charges. I paid at front and when my insurance processed the claim, it took me 4 months of weekly calls for they to understand that I paid out of my packet more than the charges and that they have contract rates with the insurance. The only person that deals with you is Fauzy, the front desk woman, and she never returned my calls when she was suppose to call me back with information. Advise: Do NOT paid until your insurance processed the claim!

I knew Dr Freeman, and by far I liked price vs quality, even delays were a normal practice. I did not care as long they were reasonable - i mean 1 hr or less. Today I was the first patient at 7:50am before anyone else, and was get seated in a chair for 1 hr 55 min without doctors attention. Staff was not very professional. They did not tell us they were out of network until after we had been in the office 2 hours. Admitted it was their fault, but not willing to adjust price. Daughter was scheduled same time for surgery so felt snowed!
