We can't say enough about Dr. Hanks!! I just wish we had found him sooner. My two youngest daughters have been patients since their births and he has worked through some difficult situations with our family, including a difficult to diagnose subglottal hemangioma blocking my daughters airways while simultaneously battling the flu. He got us referred to the specialist for the vocal cord surgery and we are so grateful he knew when it was time to get more aggressive with her chronic condition. We love Dr. Hanks bedside manner & it is because of this that the girls actually enjoy going to the doctor, rather than dread it.

Dr. Hanks is excellent in dealing with my teenagers issues. He takes the time to listen to the patient, not just the parents. We never feel rushed.

Dr. Hanks is an excellent doctor. He is family friendly, child friendly & his bedside manor is excellent. He takes the time to make sure all questions are answered & understood before leaving his office. He also makes sure to discuss & throughly talk you through any procedures beforehand.

My daughter got depressed and even more sick, and the doctor himself isn't that nice. We spent hours waiting for the doctor to see us and when he did he talked for about 5 minutes. Dr. Hanks was really pushy on wanting us to go to his eating disorder hospital. The only reason we stayed with him is he could do lab test to make sure everything was ok. I would not at all recommend Dr. Hanks to anyone, he's a joke. Not worth what you pay!
