THIS IS ONE OF THE BEST DOCTOR'S OFFICE I HAVE BEEN TO. THEY ARE ON SCHEDULE BUT IF DELAYED THE DOCTOR WILL USUALLY LET U KNOW PERSONALLY. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS DOCTOR AND STAFF TO ANYONE. THEY WOULDNT BE DISAPPOINTED!!!

Dr, Michels is simply the best. He has relieved pain in my back that other doctors said it couldn’t be done. I was in constant pain since April 2002 after being in a near fatal car wreck. Today, I’m able to play golf again and a host of other activities that before was impossible. I can’t thank this man enough.

The staff was very polite and pleasant and made me feel very comfortable before my procedure and I was very nervous. The doctor was very informative and made sure I understood what was going to happen.

He listened to my issues and concerns and took time explaining the procedure and following appointments - all of which were timely and informative. Dr. Michels only suggests what is absolutely necessary for healing you, not masking your pain, but truly healing. I would recommend him to anyone who needs help with pain management and healing - best experience I could have ever hoped for, and more!

Been fantastic care. Have had recurring back pain and trying to figure out what the cause is has been challenging. Dr. Michels has been wonderful at working with me to pinpoint the issues and work up a treatment plan. Hugely appreciative. 7/5/22 update - dealing with ongoing issues and recently had my back go out badly last week. Given the years of back issues, I have a pretty high pain tolerance. The spasms were no joke and I was easily at my tolerance threshold. I called Dr. Michels office and Debbie was amazing and working with me to get on calendar, get an MRI scheduled and juggling getting all done over the holiday weekend. Can't say enough good things about Dr. Michels and his staff!!!

Nice Dr. Great bedside manner and straight to the point. I am very hard on Dr's...because I have chronic pain but he is the genuine article.

Dr. Michels & staff were great! He sat down with me prior to my injection & explained my condition & why the injection was needed. He also showed me what he would be doing & set my expectations for post injection. It’s only been 24 hrs & I already notice improvement.

As a retired anesthesiologist who had experience caring for patients with ongoing pain, I appreciated Dr. Michels' ability to ask very appropriate questions that provided specific information to make a diagnostic judgement. He did a few simple physical exams that further isolated the likely reason for the pain I have had. He proposed an injection in a specific site and why he wanted to arrange for xray localization. Any patient could have understood his explanation. My visit to Dr. Michels' office was efficient, enjoyable & productive. Dr. Michels is knowledgeable and is able to relay to you in layman's terms so that you will be able to understand what the Procedure entails that you're about to have and what to expect afterwards. He over shot my disc and tore my disc. His partner confessed to this while John who makes his claim in the NFL that was cut from with the help of Wade Rhodes cause he sucked just like he messed up my back for life. His partner tried to fix it but couldn’t while John was on vacation, now I’m damaged for life. Any good medical doctor can tell where the arrow is pointing my disc was torn. Amazing visit with Dr. Michels this morning! He explained my MRI results to me better than the doctor's office who ordered them! For some reason I watched my procedure being done on Youtube last night and was freaked out about going through that without sedation this morning. Dr. Michels explained the procedure to me and told me how he would do so again while going through it, and if at any time it was too much we could step back and try again at another time with sedation. His communication from start to finish made it an absolute cakewalk! Seriously, all his five-star reviews are definitely earned, and I am happy to add another.
