The best physician and staff in the world. Loving, caring, very thorough, takes the time with his patient's. Nursing staff can't be beat. Always there when you need them♥️????

Excellent doctor. There seems to be nothing Dr. Nichols doesn't know about. If and when needed, he also knows when to refer you to a specialist.

My wife and I have been using Dr. Nichols and his staff for years. He is very professional, knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. We recommend him to anyone looking for a primary physician!

I love the staff and Dr. Nichols. My husband and I have seen Dr. Nichols since he has been in Gardendale. We will continue to use him as our primary physician.
