Dr Shelton and his staff was very professional and kind will definitely be back in the future!

I've been going there about 10 years he's always been about half a jerk last time I was there hassled me about the bill when I was in the chair I spent thousands there last time he pulled the tooth cracked my jawbone I think you did it on purpose if I can prove it I'd have him in jail!

I love this place. I have medical card and get terrible service on dental. So I pay 100% out of pocket to come to Dr Shelton. He's the best dentist around no joke. And the staff, they're wonderful! I highly recommend this place to everyone! No complaints at all from me!

If you want a kind, caring, genuine staff and doctor this is the place to go. I have had some horrible experiences with dentist to the point I avoided them worse than any other doctor around. Dr. Shelton is a very nice guy. If your not numb he wont do nothing until you are. If you say OUCH that hurts he stops immediately. I've been going to his office for a year now. Wouldn't go anywhere else the staff is great the only thing wrong is no emergency services.

Team members are extremely genuine, polite, and willing to answer any questions. I especially appreciated the personalized treatment and the office manager’s caring and honest personality. My 87 year old grandmother had some major treatment done here and I was very happy with how well they treated her :)

I had a dental emergency and was turned away due to insurance, better to go to a Dr and be in debt than go here

They are always friendly even when I miss my appointments due to my crazy work schedule. I always get all my questions answered. Great tream!

Thank God for Dr. Shelton and staff. I had an emergency yesterday and could not get in touch with any dentist in the area not even my regular one. I called and was seen the same day and the experience was amazing. The office is very clean and everyone is so professional. Dr. Shelton knows his stuff! Thanks!!!

I'm 72 years old and there are few things that get my nerves on edge but I am absolutely terrified of going to the dentist. I have to go again today - and there's no one I would consider even going to - except Dr Shelton. He is kind - caring - asks over and over if his patient is doing ok? And he'll say "Now if you feel any pain at all just let me know - because I don't want you hurting - and we can fix that." :-) With my last procedure 4 weeks ago - - I had to have 5 shots to numb that nerve - - but he was just as easy and kind with the 5th shot as he was with the first. Patience of a saint! K. Comer They are an exceptionally friendly office - - and he's as kind and caring as they come ... and I recommend him all the time to friends that say they need to go to the dentist but just keep putting it off because they get so nervous. Truth be told - I'm terrified to go today - lol - - but I have to have work done & just wouldn't have it done any where else but by him.

I'm not sure what the previous reviewers had issues with. I had a tooth pulled by Dr. Shelton and he was very patient. He constantly wanted to know if I felt any pain. He was very kind to me and I had a very good experience. Also, his prices are very good!

I recently visited Dr. Shelton's office after leaving another dentist in the area. I will be going to him from now on and could not be happier. I found Dr. Shelton to be very approachable, kind, and easy going. These are qualities that you want in a dentist, especially if you are someone who is nervous to go! Dr. Shelton was very patient with me when I had an issue getting numb, and worked to make sure I would be in no pain before he began working on my tooth. I was also pleased with his prices!

He has no bedside manner. He walks in and out without speaking or explaining anything about your treatment. He was rough with the needle (which people are scared of because it hurts) and has no compassion for said feelings. He was SO rude to me because I wasn’t numb enough and could feel everything. After two numbings and him huffing the whole time he angrily said I’m only going to do it one more time or I’m not doing it at all. (Pulling a molar out) I have never.

Dr. Shelton is the kindest and most gentle Dentist I've ever known. He is very good at listening and has a lot of sympathy for someone in pain. His staff is also wonderful and personable. His prices are much less than the offices in the Paducah area. I would highly recommend this office!

Dr Shelton will not listen to his patient a very rough when he gives Novocaine he always wants to shoot it in the back of the mouth and then gets very upset when the patient's not enough I spent 3 hours in the chair to get one tooth fixed. The Filling fell out right away Dr Shelton would warranty it . Worst dentist I've ever been to very expensive and all of his work falls apart.
