I love this dental office. The office staff, hygienist, and dentist were all very friendly and professional. It was the most thorough cleaning I have had since moving to Forney in 2020. Hygienist was very thorough and explained everything she was doing before doing it. I would highly recommend to anyone looking for a smaller, less corporate feeling dentist that actually cares about their patients. I love this dental office. The dentist is very professional, but the front staff is very unprofessional and rude! There is only one (Brenda) person who handles the front desk paperwork and I’m sure he has no idea how rude she can be with patients! I had called the office to get my dental records she stated I could not have them because I had a balance. I currently have a dental emergency which they can’t see me because he is out of the office for two weeks and she stated unless I paid her the remaining balance plus 15% for collection fees “the records were hers “ ! There is no law or procedure for that ! She stated” I should now since I work in the medical field” she was very hateful ! I do work in the medical field but I have never denied my patients their records because they have a balance due ! At the end of the day that is still their records! There was no paper signed saying they kept my records if there was to be a balance due neither did I get a statement from the collection agency. I dread going to the dentist because I struggle with my mental health and when I am dealing with a bad cycle- my personal hygiene suffers. So I’m ashamed of how bad my teeth may look to the dentist. But yesterday I had a visit with Dr. Taylor and I explained to him before my cleaning that I was nervous and warned him I was worried my teeth might be in bad shape because this last month had been hard on me and my hygiene. But Dr. Taylor was so kind and told me he’d take care of my teeth for me. There was no judgment or criticism. Only professionalism. Thank you Dr. Taylor and staff!
