Two hours for nothing! Waste of time!

Dr. Mittal is amazing. I've had several very good appointments with her. She is attentive, and helps address anything that you bring up and does an excellent job following up. However, the clinic where she is located, although the staff is very friendly, it is also a walk-in clinic and because she may have to take on walk-in appointments as well, be prepared to wait a long time. I waited over an hour at my last appointment, and then for the one today, I waited for an hour and then had to cancel and leave. We looked as far as 60 days out from today, and I could not get a new appointment. Unfortunately, I have to move to another doctor now.

Awful care and she has stated that she does not want regular patients. Urgent care doctors should stick to antibiotics and referrals. My grandmother is sick and withering away under her care and she will never return your calls or refill your prescriptions on time.

Wonderful doctor! I used her for years and then I moved. Tried a new doctor where I live. That was not good, so I went back to Dr. Mittal. Dr. Mittal is worth the drive. I would drive 2 hours or more to see her if I had to do so. Trish - Canton

Best Doctor around. She has helped me so much. Calls me with info and concerns. Highly recommend Dr Shilpi Mittal.

My regular Doctor retire, and I had to find another one. I tried Dr. Mittal and am VERY glad I did. She is very thorough, and thinks of everything needed for each person's health needs. She often suggests things I need to do at my age level. She explains any questions I have, and is very kind. I love the fact that she's in a Minor Medical Emergency Clinic, because the hours of service are much longer and include weekends. So, I can go there when I get something urgent, like fever, etc.

Dr Mittal and her staff go above and beyond in providing patient care. Love their new roomy facility. They even provide masks for waiting patients during seasonal flu and respiratory infection. They truly reflect that they "Care Now" .????

Dr, Mittal is absolutely dedicated to her patients.... Is up to date on medical and medications. . .Is wonderful with kids and seniors. . .I would highly recommend her and her staff is very friendly. .

I absolutely love Dr Mittal. She has been the best primary care doctor I've ever had. Even though she is in the minor care facility, she is my primary care doctor. I changed from a very good doctor at Baylor because I am so happy with her.

Had to change doctors due to insurance. Found this doctor on my BCBS site as one of my assigned doctor. Never got to meet her but was seen by the PA. The office people are super nice and helpful. The PA was nice and attentive. Would have liked to have at least met the doctor her self. Maybe next time. They were very quick in calling in my scripts. Had to change doctors due to insurance. I've been going here for over 4 year's and I've been very happy with the care I've received! In July of last year I had a Heart attack and I didn't know until Dr Mittal's assistant did an EKG and called 911! The Ambulance came and took me to the ER at Baylor Hospital down at Hwy 80 and Collins! They helped save my life in my opinion! Dr Mittal and her medical team know me and have always given me the best care! She cares and it shows in the treatment you get! D Holl ???????? I've been to this location 3 time in the past 4 years. This location is AMAZING! I was extremely impressed by Dr. Shilpi Mittal, MD - Medical Director at this location. She is great! Very personal/sincere and knows exactly what she's doing not to mention the wait time was less than 15 minutes! I would reccommend her/location to everyone!
