Dirty office and you only got to see nurse practioner (NP) instead of Veltman. NP tries to explain that white noise machine will keep your conversations with her private, but all it does it drown out your ability to hear others right outside exam room. In other words, your conversations in the exam room can be heard by strangers outside. Poor excuse for what is supposed to be a professional medial office. Go somewhere else that is clean, secure, and worth your money with regard to what you get in return.

I would very likely not be here were it not for Dr. Veltman and the staff at Panhandle Medicine. John listens to me when nobody else (doctor wise) seems to care. He hears me when nobody else can, helps me when nobody else is willing, and trusts my opinions, experience and judgement as I trust his. I would recommend Dr. Veltman, as a primary care physician, to any friend or family member, without hesitation.
