About Dr. Jon Patrick Lebsack
Reviews for Dr. Jon Patrick Lebsack
This is the best place ever. Dr. Lebsack does such great work. I had my tooth pulled & didn’t feel a thing. Even the office is so nice & helpful. My husband also had 2 teeth pulled about 2 months ago. He also had great results & loved this place. On a scale of 1-10, they get a 10.
Renee is very rude!! I've called 2 times about making an appointment for my son. Both times she cut me off, while trying to explain the situation. My son is disabled and has a fear of the dentist, I explained this to Renee and both times I was told they couldn't help. So if your not "normal" don't bother.
The lady I talked to on the phone to make appt for a wisdom tooth come out was unfriendly and when telling her I'm sorry for the inconvenience deliberately hung up the phone on me. Now tell me, how is that good service? Do not reccomend at all! Very uncalled for. Absolutely no reason for that.
My Daughter had all four wisdom teeth removed recently. The entire experience from making the appointment to after care has been terrible. I do not recommend this doctor to anyone. He was cold, short and uncaring. When I called the office a few days later with concerns about my daughters condition post op, they were unwilling to listen to my concerns. Instead they wanted to spout off information that I should be doing (which I was already doing) and prescribe her an antibiotic without hearing about what was wrong. The front desk person was rude and not friendly. When we made the appointment we were told a time to be there. My daughter made arrangements with her work accordingly. They called back the day before her appointment and changed the time, when I expressed my concern, the lady got irritated with me for her mistake in scheduling. They made my daughter feel incredibly anxious. The doctor said maybe one sentence to her before he started the procedure. Unless you have to, we were limited by who was on our insurance, do not go to this dentist. Unless you don’t care about bedside manner. It is 72 hours out and my daughter is still in such pain that I am thinking of calling a different dentist to get some help for her. I wish I could leave zero stars for this review. Have two different visits both involved taking teeth out. Both times I had the best experience before and after, virtually no pain after the surgery. Follow the directions they give you and you're set. Going back again soon, and I'm not even worried!
The entire experience was wonderful and comforting. I was taken care of from the first phone call to the office, through the consultation visit and the surgery. My anxiety over the procedure was perfectly attended to by the staff and Dr. Lebsack. Professionally and surgically great. 5 stars. I would send any friend or family member to Dr. Lebsack. Better experience than I could have imagined. Dr and staff friendly, professional and anxiety reducing. Technically supreme and personally caring. I would highly recommend to any friend or family member. 5 stars!

The staff and Dr. Lebsack was great. Friendly and he was to the point did a great job. Highly recommended.
Wisdom tooth extraction is, obviously, a scary experience for a lot of people. When I visited Mr. Lebsack for the first time for consultation, however, my fears were taken away and I was comforted by the professionalism, friendliness, cleanliness and overall feeling in the office. Not bad overall.
Dr. Lebsack removed two of my wisdom teeth two years ago and I still vividly remember my experience. The procedure was very quick, which isn't always a good thing. There was zero love or care he has for his patients. It is obvious he wants them in and out fast for a quick $1000. When I walked in there was no pleasantries or smiles. He is very good at making the patient the least comfortable as possible. He told me to lean back so he could give a price estimate, for a total of $800. I asked if he could take $50 off if I paid all in cash, he said it was non-negotiable. I agreed and we moved into the surgery room. I didn't get put under, but instead received Lidocaine shots. He gave me four shots with a huge needle, the most painful shots I've ever received. My mouth went completely numb that I couldn't control my tongue and kept biting it. The days following the procedure, my tongue and the area of the shots were more painful than where the teeth were removed. It was overkill on his part. He just wanted to save time by having to give less shots. Let's compare to yesterday when my last wisdom teeth were removed by a different surgeon. He took around 5 minutes to give me 15 shots with a very small needle and I didn't even feel them! Not to mention I could still talk and had complete control over my tongue, I could still speak. Dr. Lebsack took 30 seconds and it was traumatizing. During the removable, Dr. Lebsack told me to turn my head (this is after he moved the gum to the side and prepared for extraction) and used the extraction forceps. He yanked so forcibly my head was flying. I believe he caused more trauma to my gums than necessary. My recent oral surgeon used a great deal of care and spent 10 minutes elevating each tooth and there was no yanking involved, unlike Lebsack. mind you, both sets of wisdom teeth were not any more impacted or growing crooked than the other, so the process should have been nearly identical). After the teeth were out, he asked me what I should be prescribed since I mentioned I am very sensitive to Acetaminophen. He asked me what has worked for me in the past. I said after my c-section I was prescribed Tramadol and Oxycontin, however the Tramadol made me vomit, and Oxycontin only made me a bit dizzy. He scoffed for some reason, I'm guessing because he thought I was seeking Oxycontin to abuse it like a drug addict. He prescribed me Tramadol anyways, and I was vomiting and bedridden for 3 days, I got dry socket as a result. Not to mention he didn't even stitch up my bottom #32 3rd molar!! Food kept getting stuck in it and it got infected. My recent oral surgeon immediately stitched it without question and prescribed me antibiotics automatically. After Dr. Lebsack gave me the painkiller script, that was it, I never saw his face again. He probably only said 5 sentences to me from beginning to end. The nurse didn't speak a word. She just handed me a piece of paper with after care instructions and asked if I understood what the paper said, I nodded. I paid and left. Afterwards I was bleeding profusely for 5 hours. I believe this wouldn't have happened if he would've stitched me up. They never told me I was supposed to keep the gause on the clot with a constant pressure, not to drink and limit speech for an hour for the clot....no one told me that, until I called the office!! I was in so much pain the following days. Fast forward to today. This is the day after I had #16 and #17 wisdom teeth removed. I feel fantastic, zero pain and I'm only taking Ibuprofen. The extra CARE (A word Dr. Lebsack should learn) is what made today like any other day, I would say today is better than most days in fact. The love I received from the recent surgeon was uplifting. Dr. Lebsack, I hope the easy money you make is worth the bad karma. Dr. Lebsack removed two of my wisdom teeth two years ago and I still vividly remember my experience. I was told not to go here but gave them a chance due to them being a last resort. I figured out first hand that they are very rude! Went there for a consultation and the two front desk ladies were not welcoming at all. They were not friendly until I told them I was going somewhere else, then they were all smiles. They CLEARLY don't want any business at all. I was told not to go here but gave them a chance due to them being a last resort. I figured out first hand that they are very rude! I had my wisdom teeth out there and it was a mistake. Dr. Lebsack was very rude and had horrible bedside manner. I had to make several visits because I got dry socket & he was unkind every single time I went in.
Such an amazing experience. I hate going to the dentist / doctors office but I thoroughly enjoyed my time at their office and that's saying so much if you knew me! Quick, practically painless, and actually pretty affordable! Love the staff & love the office! Thanks, Dr. Lebsack
Dr. Lebsack's office saw me without any questions asked, and even scheduled me for the very next day. I was in extreme agony due to the intense pain that occurs with dry sockets, and this office was more than accommodating in putting my needs first. Thank you for your stellar patient-centered services. Would 100% recommend to others.
I give these guys two thumbs up hands down the best tooth removal i've had thus far.
Thank you Dr Boivin and staff, I have had a fear of dentist but I felt so comfortable and safe in your office! Everything was great!!!
Dr. Lebsack was the MOST unprofessional dentist that I have ever been to. He did not offer any information regarding my visit; I had to pry the little I received. I was not comfortable by any means and left scared. I received a call from the secretary who is just as rude and unprofessional as he is. In the middle of me speaking with her she hung up the phone. I missed a day of work for a dentist who couldn't tell his butt from his head. I will never go back and neither will my family.
very easy procedure
A great experience with my boys' back to back wisdom teeth removal
It was a good experience. Everyone in the office was friendly. The procedure went smoothly and the swelling was less than expected.
Very kind and professional, answered all our questions and made us feel very at ease with the whole procedure!
Staff were extremely nice and informative, very easy to work with especially with a hard schedule like mine. I would highly recommend!
Doctor is very kind and staff is friendly. Successful wisdom teeth removal procedure
Awesome doctor.
Staff was extremely enthusiastic, energetic and displays positive behavior. I was not nervous at all. In fact, there was no pain afterwords as well as no mess.
Very nice staff. Would recommend to family and friends.
My son had four wisdom teeth removed six days ago. While I was at work, my son called and said he was in severe pain from his teeth. He called and made an appointment. His girlfriend drove him to the appointment. The nurse must not have realized my son's girlfriend was in the waiting room because she asked the office secretary who made my son's appointment. Then proceeded more or less to make fun of my son for saying he was in pain. How can one person judge another person's pain?
Went for wisdom tooth removal, staff was pleasant, I was seated in the chair and watched a video for after care. Dr. Lebsack came in room, never looked at me, never said hello, never said a word to me. I was extremely nervous about getting a tooth pulled days later I called with excruciating pain in jaw Nurse said dr. said it's my age I'm slow to heal take Tylenol called my dentist they got me in had dry socket they packed the hole & pain stopped. no words to explain attitude/actions.
