Dr. Jonathan A. Arbogast

This was my 3rd time here and every time I am stuck waiting in a room for over an hour before I see anybody. This time was the last time for me, I’ve been in this room for 1 hour and 45 minutes and still haven’t seen anybody. I will not be coming back. Worst experience ever.

Dr. Arbogast is excellent. He takes the time needed to ensure all of your questions are addressed and sees that the staff follows up on medical needs. Everyone there is very kind and helpful. Thank you for taking good care of my loved ones.

Incredibly RUDE & prejudice. The girl in the front doesn’t even wear a Mask & refuses for even though she has COVID & working in the healthcare field. VERY unprofessional. I was a temp here with another girl but they decided to keep her instead just because I was a different race. I will never come back here ever or that temp agency.

Dr. Arbogast, Daniel, and most of the staff are great ... but waiting for a referral to a specialist isn’t the most efficient, and can take a few follow-up phone calls to finally get that referral.

Really nice staff! They just seem overbooked with patients all the time. They do their best to take care of all issues while you are with them. If you have a pressing issue, it might take some time to get in or some effort on your part (calling in early, checking for cancellations) to get in. I would not call this office expecting a appointment within a week or so. I've had no issues with this office with getting the health care I need. Both Dr. Arbogast and PA Danielle Hold know what they are doing. I do like that they do not RX pain meds for every issue I have. Physical therapy has really helped me out! It would be nice if they could get another Doctor or NP in to help out, so it wouldn't be such a long wait to get in to see them. The reception staff are personable and do their best to help out with getting you in, for example telling you when to call if you need to get in urgently. Really nice staff! I love Dr Arbogast and the whole office, they are very personable and make sure your needs are met. I love how the staff always make me feel so welcome. My whole family have been going here for many years. I wouldn’t go to anyone else.

I cut my vacation short to make it back for an appointment with Dr. Arbogast’s office. Not only did they cancel my appointment without notifying me, but the woman at the front desk kept lying and repeating that they left me a voicemail. I didn’t even have a missed phone call from them, let alone a voicemail! My iPhone keeps all my voicemails too, so it’s not like I just didn’t listen to it. I only received a text message confirming my appointment on Thursday, yet when I showed up Monday, it was canceled! Incredibly rude and unprofessional. I would not recommend them to anyone. Dr. Arbogast and his staff are the best! He takes the time to listen, answer questions and asks if you need ANYTHING, no matter how busy his day is. His staff are kind, caring and knowledgeable; I always feel cared for and heard, by everyone in the office.

We have been going to Dr. Arbogast for 15 years now. He is the best family Dr. we have ever had! His staff is the best too!

Used to be the best in the county. Now I'm not so sure. Very disappointed.

Dr.Arbogast himself is pleasant and efficient. However we moved out of town and our new dr sent a transition of care request for records and Dr.Arbogast office tried to bill me for my daughters records. This is illegal. I do medical records for a living so to every patient out there heres alittle FYI you by law are entitled to 1 FREE copy of your medical records. Also when transitioning care to new PCP it is also illegal for them to charge a fee. When I tried to speak to Andrea about this issue she was clueless and disrespectful. Which made me even more upset than I already was. If she can't handle situations when there is a problem then she should not be the one handling any of these issues period. I will be reporting both Dr.Arbogast office and the copy service as well!! Be informed people they have probaly made a ton of money scamming people who aren't aware of the Medical Records Act!!! My children now adults have been seeing him for many years. He's very Carring & thorough. Staff is pleseant. Never had a bad exspexperi.

Dr. Arbogast is friendly, thorough, intelligent, and KNOWS his business. I have a great deal of respect and confidence in him and his professionalism. We are fortunate to have him here in the Clio Area. Office staff is friendly and very helpful.

Was a great doctor, not sure what happened. Complacent and pushes pills. Not really interested in the root cause of the problem.

I would say that Dr. Arbogast saved my life. I went in thinking I was in good health. During my routine physical, it was discovered that I had diabetes, thyroid issues and high triglycerides. I had been having regular check-ups for years, so this was all a surprise to me, but with the proper medication and education, I have never felt better.

Been a patient for over 10 years. I have several very complicated issues and went in the other day and got no where. It was a wasted trip and money. I left crying and have been crying in pain and just very hurt for 2 days. If you would asked me 2 years ago abou Dr. Arbogast I would of told you he was so great he walked on water.After all he knows I have been through and a good patient always did every test and went to every doctor he asked I will have to look for a knew Dr.

A fantastic Dr. who listens to your concerns and addresses them. No God complex, truly cares about his patients and their wellbeing.

He is a great Doctor. He is always kind and respectful.

Great doctor and PA, the the office staff is horrible. They are rude and treat you like you are bothering them when you go in. That's if you can even get an appointment. Just switched to another doctor, just wanted to let others know the lack of care at this office.

He has had a pa work for him Southwell very rude and did not like being questioned about the medicine prescribing to a lung cancer patient that was dying. I told her when he left rehab that they said he had pneumonia she had no clue. He had been suffering from pneumonia for months after radiation and chemotherapy and this unqualified pa kicked she thought I was interfering with my dad's care I wanted xray she didn't order one 10 days. H e died he had a lung that was bleeding. Shame on them

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Johnathan Arbogast for several years. We have found him to be the most caring, compassionate doctor who certainly puts the welfare of his patients first. He has an amazing staff who gives out the same quality of care. More recently he helped us by finding a team called Wellspring Lutheran Services. This team helped my husband graduate from a wheelchair, walker, and currently on a cane. Thank you Dr. Arbogast so very much for being our personal friend.

This office has horrible patient doctor communication, it is almost impossible to get an appointment and when you do they frequently close the office so you have to reschedule. If you are looking for an office that you the patient comes first this is NOT the place you are looking for.

I have been seeing Dr Arbogast for about 5 years. He is am amazing Doctor. He listens to everything you say. You never feel rushed while he is in the room with you. He is understanding and has always provided great care to myself and my family. His staff is great as well, they have always went above and beyond their job to help me with anything that I may need. Scheduling an apt is not always the easiest but I know his staff has no control over that, I know Dr controls his hours and schedule

Dr. Arbogast and staff goes above board with their patients. My family has been going to him for many years. He listens to your questions and never rushes you . Best doctor ever

Visited 01/05/2016 with my elderly father. Daddy has had a very serious decline and I wanted to ask questions. I was fully impressed with the entire operation all perfectly pleasant. Dr. Arbogast was just so nice and treated my father who had not a clue, with dignity and respect. Every question was answered to my satisfaction. He made suggestions and recommendations that were logical. He offered treatment options that were workable. I left feeling that my fathers health was in the best of hands.
