I’m a nurse in the state of Michigan. I went to Dr. Aquino and expressed my concerns about a cancer gene I have which causes an increased risk for colon cancer and that I would like to have a colonoscopy and Dr. Aquino basically called me a hypochondriac and said that I need to stop worrying and let go! I’m going to a different doctor. Not to mention her office is very small and my appointment time was at 2:45pm, she didn’t make it into my room until 4:00pm. I’m a nurse in the state of Michigan. I would not recommend this doctor to anyone. If you need a good doctor don't see this one. She is horrible at follow-up she waits forever to refer you to a doctor that specializes in your problem and wants you to keep coming back to her for more medication!!

It was great. It’s been a while since it had to be done. But I learned the hard way as an older male that having a doctor with small fingers makes certain exams much more comfortable. It was still shocking, mentally confusing, and oddly familiar after an Audit by the IRS. But the smaller fingers made the entire procedure much more bearable. It was great. Office staff very nice, Dr. Aquino very nice, I felt confident in her

I switched Drs a few yrs ago to Dr Pauline Aquino on my wifes recommendation of her. My old Dr was not very proactive and I had to tell him most of the time what I had going on. after 23 yrs. Dr Pauline has been absolutely great. She will spend as much time with me as I need to ask questions and the most Proactive Dr I have ever experienced...I believe my health and blood work is greatly improved because of her and her staff. These comments I read are absolutely ridiculous....and not true above. It sounds more like they are worried about the TV, and people smiling at them, etc. not the important stuff. I am in the process of looking for a new doctor for my family. Dr Aquino is the worst doctor I've ever seen. I really believe she's only in it for the money and not to care for people. She gives a hard time to give out any scripts. Even for an inhaler which is what I needed. If I have an asthma attack right now I'm going to be in big trouble. She wouldn't fill it when I was in there last time. Saying I needed another appointment to do a breathing test. I can't afford to pay for another office visit right now. She's very rude and just walks out of the room when she's done and doesn't ask if I have any questions. I went in for my physical recently but she didn't hardly do anything. I've had them done before with other doctors so I know what usually is done during the physical. I'm sure she's billing my insurance for a physical in which she really didn't do any of the things required for it. Her office staff are just as awful. Not friendly at all and very rude.

Everytime I went into that office, it was never a good experience. The receptionists were rude. Brenda the assistant was awesome. I miss her. Dr. Aquino seems like she is on autopilot. Never that concerned. When I got into an accident, I switched hospitals and Drs. Best move I have ever made.

Vicky and Rosa did nothing to help me with my billing problem- a code that was submitted by them that was Incorrect, not once but twice! When calling to have them resubmitt it a third time, I was literally yelled at over the phone. I will be removing myself as a patient from this facility. Thia office should be closed.

Very unprofessional and very disrespectful. She should not be practicing medicine.

Got an xray done on my wrist due to pain and I waited a whole 2 weeks for them to call me back. No call so I of course called them due to the pain. I called left a voicemail next day Got the call back and the receptionist who I had talked to very unprofessional, rude spoken. Apparently they had my X-ray back this whole two weeks time and never called me due to IT CAME BACK NORMAL. ..... have too say not right in my eyes .... so waited all that time. Then as I proceeded to talk to the woman on the phone she had a attitude because I was confused on what I should do and she repeatedly asked well are you in pain and of course yes so as I said I am confused she then had a bigger attitude with me like I was stupid for being confused on what’s my next step with my wrist. I WILL BE CONTACTING THE DOCTOR DIRECTLY SO SHE IS AWARE OF THE ISSUE THAT HAD OCCURRED, not acceptable. I never do this but this was the worst experience in a doctors office that I have ever had. First of all I am a nurse and I work for an insurance company. Through my various jobs I have been in dozens of doctor offices in Michigan. I waiting room was freezing and TV extremely loud. Told staff and they did nothing. Waiting for my appointment for over an hour first thing in the morning. No one else in the office to be seen. Still not called back to an exam room. Not one of them smiled, not once.
