Dr.Cooper is so nice & always professional & straightforward. He listens and gives his honest opinion. Did my surgeries w/o complications. Jessica & him are a nice team. She never hesitate to hold my hand when im feeling stress during surgery or receiving injections.I recommend them ???? percent!

Dr. Cooper was rude, insensitive and condescending. Been happy with all other providers at TCO for 5 surgeries with my family members. Would never recommend him to anyone. He wasn't helpful and it was a waste of time and money

Dr Cooper did an excellent job for me in recommending and performing surgery with my partial knee replacement. Bed-side manner in explaining, answering questions and follow-up was great and much appreciated!!

Dr. Cooper performed my knee replacement surgery—so ably! He listened to my concerns and needs, and explained what would happen step by step in ways that I could easily understand. I would highly recommend him!!

I was very pleased with the care I was given. Thorough explanation and attentive to my concerns. The cortisone shot to my shoulder gave incredible relief. It has allowed me to not rely on the tramadol for pain relief. I still feel an occasional sting of pain. The group of care givers were very kind and thoughtful making sure my privacy was maintained. He did help immensely with securing my shoulder to stop the dislocating by performing a bicapsular shift on my right shoulder. I did feel like I had to fight to get the procedure done, with him saying I should live with frequent dislocation as others have no choice when it comes to other ailments (i.e. diabetes). He also throws my use of pain medication in my face stating that I wouldn't be in pain had I never taken them. This being said to me as he knows I've had 13 other surgeries, 3 on my shoulder and 10 on my abdomen due to me having a rare bladder cyst and polysistic ovarian syndrome. I would not recommend him unless you plan on sticking up for yourself and your condition the entire time. Dr Cooper is a great doctor, explains details and is very friendly.

Spent quality time with me discussing my options I highly recommend Dr. Cooper He has helped me in the past with the knee injuries and I’ve been very happy with the results

Dr. Cooper took his time explaining the process, pros & cons as well as answering my questions. It was refreshing to be part of the decision making process rather than talked at. There were no surprises and the work he did looks exceptional.

Appointment on time; physician took time to explain and answer all my questions. Nursing staff and schedulers were extremely pleasant.

I saw Dr. Cooper for shoulder and arm pain late on a Friday. We looked at the x-rays from my first visit to urgent care 2 days prior and did a rudimentary exam and I was presribed PT. I generally felt like I was being dismissed as a fat guy that shouldn't have been playing on the playground and the extent of my pain wasn't taken seriously. 6 days later I was in the ER. Nothing provided relief. The ER doc quickly ordered an MRI which revealed a severely herniated disc in my neck which was compressing my nerve causing all of my pain. I'm scheduled for surgery in a couple days and the surgeon is worried about permanent nerve damage. Dr. Cooper's lack of diligence cost me 6 critical days of treatment. I would like to preface this review as I have gone to Twin Cities Orthopedics a number of times and have always had a very supportive and healing experience. That being said, my appointment with Dr. Cooper was one of the most dismissive and unhelpful I have ever had. I felt that he did not listen to anything I was saying and took it upon himself to call out multiple times my age, chronic condition and not having a primary doctor. Maybe this is his style to try and make me change my behavior, or he was just too busy to give me 10 min of his attention. Either way, no sir, I will not be following up with you in 2 weeks. The process in getting a total knee replacement with the Excel program has been fantastic with the care, concern, follow-up, and support of Dr. Cooper and his team at TCO Eagan. There have only been a couple communication issues that could be improved upon.

We saw Dr. Cooper to diagnosis my daughter's shin splits. He also took into consideration her long-term goal to play soccer through high school and college. He provided us with an explanation of this injury and guidance on how to recover and build her strength going forward.

My daughter broke her wrist into spots right below her cross plates. T.C.O was amazing. She was scared and they made her feel so safe and made it a fun place for her. They also helped me as a mom with understanding what things will be coming in out future. They let her pick out cool colors to make her feel like she was involved in all of it. With hard work and physical therapy I am close to being back to normal with full movement and no pain . The whole staff is outstanding and I am so appreciative of everything and everyone ! Dr Cooper does a great job explaining what is wrong and what your options are at the time along w a longer recovery prognosis without racing to surgery. He also does a great job simplifying the medical details and is honest and sincere. I like how he relates things to real life circumstances and the story your body tells without too much fluff. I had a great experience at TC Orthopedic. Dr Cooper took time to explain things to me and I felt he was very thorough. He never seemed rushed and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend.
