I saw Dr. Jay once & he was very kind & explained my issues thoroughly. The thing I hate the most is scheduling an appointment for a cystoscopy. They tell me when he is available. I prefer to schedule an appointment at the time that works best for me. Not at 4PM They were supposed to call with an available date at my preferred time. 2 days and no call. Plus, the nurse who prepped me for a procedure was very rough. Enough to cause irritation. Not sure if I will go back.

After 3 other urologists, Dr Jay was able to help my dad. So thankful for him.

He is a great dr.. very informative. Great bedside manor. He did my prostate biopsy yesterday. Glad we met. I will see him again soon.

I love Dr. Jay. I HATE that he is associated with Advanced Urology. AUI has no clue on how to write a web site or updating it. Just my opinion.

Dr. Jay and the staff at Advanced Urology are top notch. Dr. Jay is sweet, kind and caring, takes his time listening and helping you to understand. I would not go to anyone else. He is amazing.

Dr. Jay, takes his time in explaining exactly what is going on with your body. He is courteous extremely through give you options to correct the situation. A pleasure to have as a Dr. I highly recommend him for your urological problems. Excellent Doctor!

Very Helpful

I have been seeing Dr.Jay since 2017 for bladder incontinence and over active bladder. Never have I been so comfortable with a physician as with Dr. Jay not only after trying many solutions he did a implant and the results astounding. The fact that the procedure worked the care and compassion he show s is overwhelming. I would recommend Dr. Jay 100%.

Had the bladder repair procedure for women and he clipped my nerve . Permanent damage . Nightmare for me . Never never use him for this procedure. ?? judy

I went to Dr. Jay for male urinary problems. When I saw his female assistant I was told that Dr. Jay didn’t believe in prostatitus. Went to another Doctor and was given antibiotics which relieved the problem.

Very friendly and informative

The doctor’s medical care was satisfactory but at my first appointment, I was kept waiting an hour and five minutes past appointment time to finally see Dr. Jay. At my second appointment, he was again running behind. When he was 26 minutes late, I could see things were going the same way and I left. I explained to the receptionist that such discourtesy and disorganization were unacceptable. Before I left, I believe a heard another patient tell her he’d been waiting an hour. He also walked out.

I would not recommend Dr Jay. Both the PA in his office and the doctor looked at my list of symptoms over two appointments and shrugged their shoulders. The doctor said I should follow up with my GP in six months. Luckily the PA at my dermatologist’s office could see I had a MAJOR problem and reacted immediately. She saved my life. Dr. Jay would have killed me if I had followed his advice.

We waited over 3 hours in the waiting room for a 5 minute scope today. The office staff never apologized, neither did Dr Jay. Some of the nurses said how bad the wait was, but that was it. I waited another 40 minutes back in the surgery area before I went in for my procedure. Seems like they need to work on their scheduling procedure!

Wonderful Care. My husband and I have both had kidney stones during 2014 and 2015. Dr Jay and Lori, Nurse Practioner, and Staff have been great. The office is available for walk-in if you are in pain. I have had to use this about 4-6 times during the 2 year period. Numerous procedures for my husband due to large number of stones. I had surgery due to location of my stones. Excellent care for both of us. Front desk is friendly and extremely nice to patients. Highly Recommend

Never got to meet the doctor. Beginning of Dec.. I had my first kidney stone and the ER gave me Dr. Jay as a referral. I called for an appt., got an answering machine, left my name & # and requested an appt. Never got a call back. End of Dec. second stone, called Dr. Jay's office, got a person & scheduled an appt. After a 45 minute drive I arrived at the appt., per desk women, Dr. Jay is in emergency surgery. Okay, happens. Unhappy with lack of professionalism by staff, no courtesy call
