I saw Dr. Park almost two years ago to extract a broken molar that had already had a root canal done and the subsequently to work on getting an implant. The extraction went okay but the implant process was a terrible experience. Dr. Park told me that he needed to do a sinus lift and a bone graft to prepare the area for the implant. During the procedure, he just suddenly stopped and told his assistant that he was done and stitched up the opening. When he finished stitching, he told me that I had a very bad sinus infection and that he wasn't going to do anything else. I asked him if I should see a ENT for the seeming sinus infection and he just mumbled that he didn't know and just walked away. I saw my primary care doctor, my dentist, and a different specialist soon after and they all said they did not see any sign of an infection. When the new specialist did the surgery for bone graft and sinus lift, the surgeon found the sinus membrane ruptured. The process to fix Dr. Parks mistake cost me thousands of dollars and lots of time but two years later, I am finally able to get an implant. Dr. Park messed up, didn't have the decency to acknowledge his mistake that he was not competent enough to repair, and put me at risk for infections. I would not recommend him to anyone under no circumstances.

So many things that were disappointing I can't figure out where to begin.

I had a wisdom tooth pulled by J. J. Park, DMD, MD and here is my experience. Hygienists brought me in to lay down. A hygienist sedated me, the tooth was pulled and I never met the Dr. Park! There was about a table spoon of my blood on my sweater and no stitches were put in to close the hole! No mention was made of the blood, as if it was normal and I should deal with it. Food kept getting into the hole, & luckily it did not get infected! My regular dentist said she was disappointed in this treatment and disappointed that she referred me to him. I can't say enough good things about Dr. Park. My daughter, who has several chronic medical conditions making surgery a risky and rather terrifying event, had her wisdom teeth removed by Dr. Park. All four teeth had issues that made the surgery more complicated than most wisdom teeth removals, but Dr. Park immediately put us both at ease with his knowledge of my daughter's conditions as well as explaining everything that needed done. Surgery went very well in spite of all of the above and recovery is going well also. Would highly recommend. If I need oral surgery, I'm certainly heading to his office without any concerns at all.

Very unhappy with my experience. I developed irritated tongue with my first two weeks of invisilgn. He prescribed me Nystatin and my condition persisted even after. He insisted on a tongue biopsy and refused to see me otherwise or give me any other option. Then I went for a biopsy and the result was basically nothing. He said I have an irritated tongue and its a life time condition, should not eat spicy foods for the rest of my life!!! He refused to talk any further about any remedy or any treatment and just sent me home. With his experience he should have known that I did not need a biopsy and I think he put me through that for for nothing. I also felt he was not willing to listen to any of my changes in my mouth. 5 months ago Dr. Park removed a decaying tooth (it took me two weeks to heel from that) with the hope that I would be able to have an implant. Last week I received a call to come in so Dr. Park can check the area where the tooth was removed. First they took a panoramic x-ray which cost $173. When Dr. Park appeared he said "how can I help you today". I was taking back since it was his office that called me to make an appointment to come in. Next he looked at the x-ray and in my mouth and said he wouldn't be able to do an implant because I did not have enough bone. This took be by surprise but what I am really annoyed at is that this consolation took about 3 minutes and his office charged me $140 for the consultation. This is highway robbery.

Dr. Park was extremely thorough, explaining why my son’s wisdom teeth needed to come out and exactly what would happen during and after the procedure. The surgery was quick and smooth, and Dr. Park and his staff were very caring and attentive.

I recently got my wisdom teeth pulled by Mr. Park. I'm not a fan of general anesthesia and decided to proceed with just local, no laughing gas either. I was a bit nervous at first, but Mr. Park made me feel at ease. The procedure (all four teeth removed) took about 20 minutes- pain free with no complications. Fantastic is not a strong enough word to describe not only Dr. Park's knowledge, but his ability to make you comfortable.

Dr. Park and his surgical assistant, Jessica, are among the most expert, knowledgeable, talented, and compassionate medical professionals I have encountered. If I could rate them higher than five stars, I would, and I certainly recommend them to anyone in any circumstance requiring oral surgery or care. They took exceptionally good care of me. I experienced no complications and negligible pain because of their care, compassion, and absolute expertise.

My elderly father needed three teeth to be extracted. Dr. Park did the procedure with no wasted time, yet took every precaution to ensure my father didn't experience any unnecessary discomfort. My father said he didn't feel a thing during the procedure. We would highly recommend Dr. Park.
