Joseph Andrew Franklin

I had an upper bleph performed by Dr. Franklin almost two years ago and am still so happy with my results. He and his staff are so warm and welcoming as well.

I've been to see Dr. Franklin a couple of times with each being an absolute pleasure. He is kind, answers all questions thoroughly, and provides a comfortable, relaxed atmosphere. The reception team is always personable and efficient with smiles on their faces. Anyone who is looking for the services that he offers I would strong urge to reach out to his office and make an appointment, you will be glad you did.

Dr. Franklin has been very very kind to me. He did not automatically disqualify me for very necessary surgery because of my weight. That’s really rare. He listened to exactly what I wanted, and achieved it. I was so pleased.

Currently working on an IPL treatment series at Franklin Plastic Surgery to clean up all of my brown spots and old sun damage; the results are INCREDIBLE so far!! I had a comfortable and satisfying experience. I had droopy eyelids that made me look tired and old. Dr. Franklin was very professional and kind. I felt no pain. I felt very relaxed. The recovery was as described to me and I was back at work as a teacher in three days. I have been very pleased with the results. There is no line of scar at all from the incision or stitches. The Dr and staff are wonderful, they are patient, and they communicate well, and the prices are very reasonable. Dr Franklin is a perfectionist in the nicest way. Never tries to sell or suggest additional services ..it always starts with ‘what are you thinking ‘ or ‘what do you see’ . Class.

Dr. Franklin, Dr. Franklin, Dr. Franklin! I adore this gem of a doctor! And I cannot even begin to describe how fortunate I feel to have found him. He brings a superior artistic ability, eye for perfection, and medical knowledge along with exeptional bedside manners, and a down to earth nature. He takes the time to listen to his patient, involving the patient in the creative process. Very unprofessional. Was told I was paying for a special of 3 treatments for 2 areas of Ultrashape and was switched to something else. Told him my concerns and he kept saying it would be okay and it's not. The office manager is very rude. I was botched bottom line. I wish I could not give a star at all. When I disputed the charges, the office manger basically said I was paying something different. She also assassinated my character. I hate to look at myself in the mirror now.
