Very thorough with exams. Takes the time needed during your visit. Does not try to rush you out the door. The only downside is that makes your appointments run later. Love, love Dr Mintzer. Been a patient for 10 years now.

She is just one of the the best.

I have been seeing Dr Mintzer since 2002! She found my breast cancer and kidney cancer. I had been seeing a urologist for 5 years and he never found the kidney cancer. She had literally saved my life twice!! She listens to you and makes you feel comfortable. I highly recommend.

Amazing

I've been going to Dr. Mintzer for several years and find that at each visit she is attentive, helpful, and personably focused. She listens, asks questions, and treats me as a valued patient (unlike facilities where one feels no more than a quota-filling number). The only issue I 'might' have (because she obviously she treats all her patients with the same attentiveness and care as she does me) is that her previous app't most likely will run a 'little' into my timeslot. But, she's worth the wait! I just sign in, sit in the comfortable waiting area, take out my e-book, and enjoy a much-needed 'downtime'!! :) Thank you, Dr. Mintzer, it's a pleasure to be your patient. Dr. Mintzer has been able to diagnose and rest issues that even specialists have misdiagnosed or ignored to my detriment. Dr. Mintzer listens and works with you to develop a treatment plan. I can not ask for a better primary physician! I feel blessed to be her patient.

Post a serious broken neck trauma, my post surgical improvement plateaued and then rapidly digressed. Neither my Duke Surgeon nor any other specialists I saw could or would help, offered any assistance or really gave me any hope for my completely dibilitating pain and suffering. Dr. Mintzer has spent 8 years researching, referring and finally diagnosing and treating my complications. She's always found the time, expressed the concern and acted the way an excellent healthcare provider would act
