I have been going to Dr. Gross from many years and have always been pleased with her. She never treats me like I'm just a patient that needs to be in and out quickly. She takes the time to talk to me and answer all my questions. And she never pushes changing my glasses. She's honest enough to tell me that there has been a little change but not enough to change my prescription. I'd recommend her in a heartbeat.
