I just wanted to say that the staff is wonderful and Dr Garguilo is a great doctor. He listens and cares about your health and needs. I have had several cancer operations and Dr Garguilo has been there for me thoughout all of them. I want people to know you should definitely go to Dr Garguilo. Stay healthy all.

Wait time was about an hour for a scheduled appointment. I had a filler done and the Dr. didn't use a numbing cream. It was so unbelievably painful that I passed out in the chair from a simple filler injection. Woke up and Dr. wasn't even in the room with me making sure I was ok.

Cut your limb off. It will be less painful than having to go to this doctor's office. The secretary is nasty rude and vulgar. The doctor was 2 hours late for my three treatment appointments. Never again. Made me give it a star to review. Should be zero just like them. The reviews here are fake.

I enlisted with Age Focus for the Hcg diet and here it is day 10 on the diet and I'm already down 14 lbs and I feel great! Dr. Gargiulo is the best at all the services he has provided for me over the years. Truly . He is always honest about what will benefit me and I trust him totally. great people -very knowledgeable and competent

My experience with Dr. Gargiulo's neo graft transplant procedure was well beyond what I expected. I had originally done a hair strip procedure and the pain and downtime turned me away from wanting to do another procedure. I had 500 NeoGraft grafts transplanted in the front of my hairline and after just 4 months I can already see hair growing. The best thing is I was able to work right away with no pain. Dr. Gargiulo is an amazing, professional and friendly Doctor who goes above and beyond.

I came to AgeFocus Medical Management, hoping that Doctor Gargiulo could fill a "valley" crack that was located on my forehead right between my eyes. Doctor Gargiulo immediately knew exactly what I needed, and used a combination of Xeomin and Facial Filler. 3 weeks later and I'm still extremely satisfied, and even have more confidence! Everyone notices the difference!! I will continue to come back for all of my cosmetic needs!!

Office staff is always accommodating, kind and friendly. Dr. Garguilo himself is extremely knowledgeable, efficient, and kind. Wonderful bedside manners, takes time to explain at length any of your questions or concerns. Highly recommend!

This has been a wonderful experience, Love coming here the weight is falling off.I am not hungry at all!!! Everyone can't believe the results. I have lost 23 lbs in 22 day!!!!!!!! Anthony is the best and i feel so much better my knees are not bothering me like they did before the diet. i recommend this to anyone! I have tried several diets and this works!

I was hit by a car and I see many drs. However, none are as skillful, compassionate, caring and respectful as Dr. Garguilo. He installed a spinal cord stimulator. This has given me the ability to go back to work. He is a wonderful doctor which is rare today. Also, his staff is wonderful as well.

Janet at AgeFocus is AMAZING!!! I came in, and had NEVER had a facial before. She recommended a Signature Facial, over a Hydrafacial. Her hands were AMAZING! She felt that my skin and knew exactly what was wrong, and what i needed! I recommend Janet to ANYONE that needs a facial!!!

Went to Dr. Gargiulo after painful shoulder injury, and he has provided good help in pain relief via proper injections and meds, which has applied over an extended period (since I elected to avoid surgery). He is also a leader at stem cell and PRP protocols (which can be very helpful, but I was unable to use).

Dr. Gargiulo has been treating me for many years. I have scar tissue from failed neck surgery (at a hospital in Manhattan) which makes a cervical epidural a challenge but I trust him implicitly. I would recommend him to anyone. His entire team make the experience stress free

Pain management requires an honest relationship between doctor and patient. Dr. Gargiulo listen’s to the patient to come together with a treatment plan. I am thankful to East End Pain Center Staff for their kindness and care to make every day life more tolerable and less painful when dealing with chronic pain that effects quality of life.

I can honestly say I wouldn't have the quality of life I have without Dr Gargiulo. I was in extreme pain and wasn't getting any better until I went to him. Right from the start he helped me, listened to me and took his experience and knowledge to help me. I have a neurostimulator implant that he implanted and has given me my life back. I highly recommend him.It would be the best move you could do. The staff is also excellent, courteous and will try their best to help you. DEFINITELY call.

Dr. Gargiullo is not only an excellent doctor, he is compassionate and never rushes you thru a visit. I rarely recommend a doctor, but wouldn’t think twice about recommending him. He also has a great office staff!

This man and his practice is all about $$$. If you have insurance like Oxford he'll be great to you. If you have Medicare forget it! He's a money hungry man who is all about the dollar not your health or pain. He cares more about giving filler injections then what problem has brought you there. He misdiagnosed me where my PCP said get away from this man he's got you under the gun! My mom who has cancer was treated like crap and Tram his PA asked my Mom who was undergoing chemo/radiation if she was selling her pain med and tested her urine so many times her insurance would not pay anymore. They told her if she did not pay for the $800.00 Urine test they would dismiss her while she was undergoing cancer treatment. After she paid them they still dismissed her and gave no reason as to why. She's a women going through cancer why would she sell her pain med? That comment made me sick to my stomach! Just want to give people a taste of what they are in for because this practice has no scruples and is all about money and facial injections not people who are living in pain.
