EXTREMELY LONG WAIT TIME. Bring your lunch and dinner to help pass the time while you wait. Not kidding, we walked out after waiting 2 hours. At one point one of the office staff came into our room and said, “sorry, I was looking for the doctor, to which we replied, “so were we”. With this level of disorganization and lack of time management, it is impressive that he is still in business.

Dr. is ok but front office is terrible as well as nurses who are told to fill out the prescriptions.

Dr Juan Ortiz has been my Dr for many years. He is a very knowledgeable internist and truly cares for his patients health. I have recommend Dr Ortiz to many friends and family members. I Thank Our Awesome Lord Jesus Christ for putting Dr Ortiz in my path.
