I called up to schedule an appointment to have a single facial spot removed with liquid nitrogen and a few small skin tags snipped off. I am self-pay and a college student, so price is important to me. I was told that the cost was $200 just for the office visit and more $$$ for the procedures, so I would be looking at $300+ for a 10-minute visit. WHAT A RIP-OFF!!! Stay away unless you are rich!!! Didn't explain conditions well her answer to everything is "wise", I assume she meant "this comes with age" but no medical explanation. Also I have rosacea, it was talked about then the remark from her was, "Is a $1,000 in your budget for a chemical peel"? Never judge by appearances, how does she know what I have in my bank account. I never went back.

Dr. Ai has been a wonderful physician. She is knowledgeable, takes her time, listens and has a friendly disposition. Her staff are exceptional and extremely helpful.

Finding a new doctor in any field is challenging. Finding a great dermatologist seemed to be no different, until now. Dr. Ai's staff is very friendly and the office is bright and clean. Dr. Ai has a great bedside manner and really takes her time to exam you and document for future visits. I didn't feel rushed and got to discuss, with her, everything I wanted to. Dr. Ai has a very medically based, solutions-oriented approach to dermatology. I have seen her for three specific issues and was able to be scheduled for an appointment within a week, had little wait time, and followed her guidance to see the issue resolved. She uses appointment time very efficiently, which some patients might feel like is being rushed, but she answers all questions you have very thoroughly.
