Totally explained what was needed after the procedure. Totally professional. Excellent care from start to finish.

Dr. Neubauer has always done a fantastic job every time I have seen her. She explains things well and always so friendly. So disappointed this year when I went back for my annual that she is only seeing patients every Tuesday and in surgery the other days. I had to end up seeing one of her colleagues and not near as happy as I was.

Dr. Neubauer performed Moh’s surgery on me for the second time, and on my face. Everyone at the facility was helpful and efficient. The environment was comfortable, and the surgical waiting area was swell, with water, coffee, and snacks. It’s been about three weeks since my surgery and I’m back to normal with just a bit of redness. The scar will be barely noticeable.

I had my seventh Mohs procedure with Dermatology Partners yesterday. My first with Dr. Neubauer and it went very well. I was very impressed by both the doctor and the nurse. Very professional.

I would not go anywhere else or see another doctor for my skin care. Dr neubauer has a great personality and is very thorough. I drive from Liberty area down to leawood even though I could go to the clinic here in Liberty I highly recommend her for any of your skin problems.

Great experience

Dr. Neubauer removed a basal cell growth from the alar plane of my nose. The experience front to back was first rate. I had started with another provider in a different practice. That surgeon painted a grim picture and was going to refer me to a plastic surgeon for reconstruction after the removal. With that information I did more research and discovered the American College of Mohs Surgery. Dr. N is a member. I reached out to her Patient Care Coordinator who answered all of my questions and helped pave the way to Dr. N. Dr. N skillfully removed the growth causing much less tissue damage than the original surgeon had suggested. She listened to my concerns about the closure and came up with a plan that I am comfortable with. The entire process was easy!

Dr. Neubauer is knowledgeable, caring, and listens to any concerns that you may have with any changes that you have noticed or are worried about. She does a thorough skin search and takes care of any issues right away. She is GREAT!!!

Though office was over an hour away, it was easy to get to. Very nice professional staff that immediately asked how they could help. Dr was very nice, no nonsense, diagnosed my problem within seconds and fixed within minutes. Took longer to fill out the paperwork!

very very good. professional, concise, on time through the procedure, minimum of pain. They are experienced and quick in their process, which runs like a well oiled machine. Would recommend with out hesitation. Perhaps could work to further minimize wait time for results and then close of the incision.

Skin cancer is scary. Melanoma, specifically, is even scarier and Dr. Neubauer makes the whole treatment process much better. She is caring and makes me feel comfortable. The staff there is also fantastic.

Wow! What a wonderful surprise! A Dr who was a total breath of fresh air....talkative, listened, explained...someone who really cares about people and it reflected in my experience. + she explained everything thoroughly and we conversed about real life instead of just Dr/patient conversation. This is not a reflection of the doctors who are fantastic-it is of their billing process. To see your doctor for your appointment you have to provide a credit card EVERY time. I was here one month ago and had to do it then too. This makes no sense. To the point of the previous post, what does this say about how secure your credit card is? Makes me question the health privacy as well. Office staff is rude about it and do not provide an explanation other than "to cover payment in case it is not paid." I'm sure that they have been screwed before-but that's the vast minority. So instead of going after the 1% that doesn't pay (despite the fact that insurance will pick up costs for many), they punish the 99% that pay their bills on time. There is no trust of their patients, and now, they have one less patient. This is not a reflection of the doctors who are fantastic-it is of their billing process. No experience with any of the doctors, but when I went to fill out paper work as a new patient, I was informed that I must give them my credit card/debit card information to keep on file. When I told them I have insurance and would pay my co-pay up front, I was informed it is their policy to collect this information. After speaking with the office manager, I was told the same thing. I told them this was highly unsual and I didn't give my other doctors-clinics this information nor was it required. The information is stored on a computer system, and I know how unsecure this is. Plus there is no written statement I could find as how and/or when this credit information would be used by the Skin Cancer center? Could they charge my card(s) at will, without my knowledge or permission? I left the office, not to return.
