Yes. Dr. Undesser Is very concerned about his patients. He wants to help you feel better. Listens to all your questions and he is very patient. He’s a great Dr. and I would recommend him to family and friends.

Dr Undesser was my husband's and my EP untill he left Idaho cardiology. So sad to see him go. He is a brilliant, no nonsense Dr. He tells it to you straight. He takes time to listen to his patients and works with them. His bedside manner might be a bit abrupt, but his skills and knowledge are impeccable. You won't find a better EP Cardiologist. My husband is on his fifth ICD, all but the last put in and managed by Dr. Undesser very effectively. Wish we could have had him do the last one. Very unhappy with the quality of care my husband now receives.

I AM ALWAYS HAPPY TO SEE DR. UNDESSER =WHOM I HAVE HAD FOR SEVERAL YEARS. HE IS EASY TO TALK TO AND GIVES PRECISE ANSWERS. ALWAYS ASKS RE:MY GENERAL HEALTH AND ANY QUESTIONS I MIGHT HAVE.

It was my pacemaker check at home. It went very well.

This was a check on my defibrillator/pacemaker via telephone-I have been a patient of Dr. Undessor for more than 15 years. I have found him to be very professional and interested in my well being. I would recommend Dr. Undessor to anyone who would need his expertise.

Everything went smoothly except trying to contact the office by phone. The staff were quite friendly and helpful.

Dr Undesser has been my cardiologist for many years and I highly recommend him. I have A pacemaker and have it checked personally by him every three months and my appointment is always a pleasant experience all staff is professional and on time and it Is always a pleasure to see Dr Undesser.

It was my yearly follow up . Dr Undesser and his staff listen. That is not my experience with most cardiologist. After a year of struggling with my issue and being told don't worry, I found Dr Undesser and have been with him ever since. He listens and addresses my concerns with knowledge and empathy.

Fairly quick meeting to discuss my condition. Dr. Undesser was straight to the point, thorough and explained my condition clearer than my previous providers. His no-non sense/no guarentee approach showcased his expertise and professionalism. I have no doubt I will be choosing him for my future appointments. Thank you Dr!

My wife and I recently moved to area from Arizona and I needed to find a Cardiologist that I could be comfortable with. Dr Undesser was a good fit for my situation. He took the time to understand my condition fully and explained any options that would be available if required in the future. Could not be more pleased.

Dr. Undesser is an excellent, patient care oriented, and to the point Cardiologist. Examination and discussion with him made errors in My wife's previous diagnosis and heart related treatment obvious.

I found the office and was greeted very quickly and professionally by secretary at window. Filled out a short form, was asked to take a seat and that they would be with me shortly. i had brought a book as waiting times can be extreme. I had barely opened my book when the Doctors assistant asked me to follow her. I was quickly weighed and taken to an office. She took my blood pressure and asked if I had any questions or concerns. She said the Doctor would be right with me, closed door. Within 1-2 minutes the Doctor rapped on the door entered and did my consultation. He had obviously reviewed my charts before and asked i I had any questions or concerns. He suggested changing medications. Said everything looked good and stable and would need to see me in a year unless anything changed. Totally professional experience from start to finish. I would recommend them highly!!

Dr. Undersser is the best. He is always willing to listen to and give me his opinion on anything I have to go over with him. He is super patient and gives me the exact attention I need on my visits.

I've seen him 3 times and spent less than 15 minutes with him the entire time. Does not actually care what is wrong with you and just prescribes medication. Makes you feel extremely stupid for asking any questions. I wish I could give 0 stars, worst doctor experience I have ever had in my life. If you get a referral to him, GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.

I have been going to Dr Undesser for about 13 years. He is the utmost professional and very knowledgeable. I fully trust his recommendations. I would recommend him to any of my family or friends. Thank you for the excellent care!

Knowledge and friendly office!

Very caring and knowledgeable. My mom will be 90 in December and Dr. Undesser is keeping her going strong! She just loves him!!

He is very personable, easy to talk to and knowledgeable. I liked him. He made me feel comfortable and answered all my questions.

Dr Undesser is a fantastic cardiologist. He looks over all charts and records. He caught something my former cardiologist and other doctors missed! After my defibrillator implant his aftercare is informative, helpful! He even takes the time to take sports with me!

I need to go thru the internet & Not the phone system.

Dr. Undesser has an excellent knowledge of his field and shares his vast knowledge as it relates to the patient's condition[s]. High marks from me!

Having switched Cardiologists 2 years ago, I found Dr. Undesser and his staff, to be friendly and down to earth ( A BIG change from my former, retired Cardiologist). Being in the Healthcare profession myself, I wanted to find a Doctor that treated his patients, the way I'd treat mine..with sincerity, care & respect! Dr. Undesser IS this kind of Man, and it shows. He listens to his patients, and his Nurse, Missy, is also very nice and makes you feel at ease. I am so glad I made the switch!

I went to Dr Undesser to get a second opinion, and while he agreed with everything, he also explained a lot of "why" and "why not" questions I had. The time spent with me assured me his office did not run a "see how many patients we can get through here" practice. I would highly recommend him.

Needed a new pacemaker doctor and found him. Only one visit to him this week but he made me feel relaxed and spent a lot of time with me and would answer any questions that I had. Seemed to know his stuff and I didn't have to wait and hour and a half for him like my last doctor. Would recommend him.

Gee, Iwonder where all thses 5 star ratings came from. I saw this doctor about 3 years ago and he was poor in his reccomendation of what he wanted to do. I had just come fom the Mayo Clinic regarding my heart, he didn't bother looking at the paperwork or even who I saw, what he wanted to do was WAY off base from what Mayo said. I Gave him 2 stars so maybe he can do something for others with what he specializes in. But I can Strongly NOT Reccomend Him.

I'm pretty stubborn when it comes to doctors but I felt at ease during my first conference with Dr. Undesser. His professionalism and confidence made me feel assured that God had led me to him for my heart problems.

I wanted the best available care and I found it.

Dr. Undesser was wonderful. He took the time to explain my condition and what he was going to do to correct it. He answered all questions and explained in more detail if I did not understand or had follow up questions. The day of surgery he again asked if I had any questions or concerns. Dr. Undesser was recommened to me from my heart Dr. in Alaska. The trip to Caldwell, Idaho was worth it. His staff at his office and the staff at the hospital were excellent as well.

I have the utmost confidence in the care I am receiving with Dr. Undesser. His staff is wonderful and very accommodating. I highly recommend this cardiology group.

I was so very pleased to have a physician that communicated wth me, not at me. He never made me feel that the appt mt. was rushed. He explained my situation well, discussed treatment options, and referred me to a consulting physician, so that I was well informed. Dr Undesser consistently takes the time to address concerns thoroughly. He prescribes accordingly and makes appropriate referrals and suggestions, always with visible concern for my overall comfort, both physical and emotional. I cannot imagine anyone doing a better job!

I have been a patient of Dr. Undesser since I turned 65 (now I am 78) . I had been suffering from a rapid heart rate condition (tachycardia) over 20 years. The condition would come and go with various levels of severity. At one time I even had to be taken to the emergency room where my heart had to be physically stopped and restarted after failed attempts to control it. Dr. Undesser fixed my tachycardia. Since then he has successfully guided me through solving other issues. Very knowledgeable.

Dr. Undesser is very knowledgeable in his field. Yet, when he explains a diagnosis or a procedure, he can put it in terms a layman can understand. He is so personable that the patient immediately feels comfortable with him. I'm a very pleased with his treatment of my condition.

Was easy to get an appointment in a timely manner. Still needs to get back to me on genetic testing of my heart condition.

Dr. Undesser was very informative and spent plenty of time explaining and discussing my condition in terms I could understand. I felt a lot better about my health after my visit with Dr. Undesser than what previous doctor had lead me to believe. I can't say enough good about how helpful Dr. Undesser has been or how nice his staff is.

I have been a patient of Dr. Undesser for over 10 years, he did the procedure for my Atrial Flutter and no reoccurrence and if you have a need for a Cardiologist, Dr. Undesser is the one. He is professional, explains what he is telling you, ah that means you actually understand what he just told you rather than a long string of medical terms you know what he is talking and telling you. His staff is fast, gets you in the office, gets what is needed done or ready for the Doctor and in he comes.

Dr. Undesser performed a thorough examination, a complete review of my cardiac and pacemaker history, and then he asked superb questions about how I live my life and helped me better understand how to make the best choices that support good heart health. He listened to and thoroughly answered all my questions, and gave me what I consider to be the best medical and related lifestyle advice I have received from a cardiologist. He invested much more time with me than I expected.

I would definitely recommend Dr. Undesser for examination and treatment of any heart related issues. He is very professional, friendly, well-dressed, and answers any questions in an expert manner.

Dr. Undesser is an excellent cardiologist in my opinion. After several years of health concerns that remained an issue, Dr Undesser was the first doctor to balance medication appropriately and identify other health issues, provide appropriate treatment. I particularly appreciate his professional demeanor, his demonstrated concern for the patient, he listens, takes the time to understand patient concerns.

Absolutely terrific visit. Dr. Undesser is so professional and knowledgable. He really takes the time to explain your conditions and answers all questions. Explains all medications and proper usage to get the most benefit out the prescription. A true treasure to his patients.
